I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but it has declined over the years. No one seems to care about retaining... customers at this location. The manager has 0 customer service skills, and makes it obvious she doesn't want to be there. I wascompletely ignored when I walked in, and later found that the person that ignored me was the manager. She was unable to providean itemized receipt when I was overcharged. The pizza looked terrible, and was not up to the standard of what we usually expectfrom papa john's. She claims there are no specials for large pizzas. If you're going to manage, you should really learn your ownpromotions. Next level management has no interest in keeping customers by sending copy and paste emails with a promo code onlyvalid for a future purchase. Why would I give you more of my money when you haven't even corrected the original issue? Theyobviously do not take feedback or complaints seriously, considering their response instructed me to work with the store managerto resolve the issue. The original complaint was that the manager of the location was no help, and provided no customer service.You can't even get a hold of the store manager since they don't answer the manager's phone. Anytime my family order?s pizza it is usually from this location. Normally, everything is fine - no issues. But...Saturday... evening 3 things. #1 - all employee not wearing gloves working on making pizza? #2 - hair-net not being used around food? #3- this really upsets me. Manager told us 20min wait. We sat inside the place and waited. seems about 20min if not more. Istand up and staring at the front counter person...i don't remember she made eye contact w/ me. finally ....i say excuseme...she did not hear...so i walk in and ask is this my box...she came over ask my name...look at the box..said this is your. OMG...its her job to make sure to check ... don't know if she's new or not. seem kinda young looking. I ordered two extra large pizzas to be delivered at 5:30pm on a Friday night for my kids and my parents while I was out of town.... At 6:00, when the pizzas still hadn?t arrived, my dad called the store. No one answered the first two times. He called again,and selected the option to order a new pizza. They picked up immediately, but said they couldn?t help him. They transferred hiscall?no one answered. After ten minutes of trying to get someone on the phone, and being transferred and hung up on, someoneFINALLY showed up. My dad didn?t say anything about how late they were, but the delivery girl was RUDE. Didn?t say a single wordto him. The pizza is delicious, but the service was terrible. Anytime my family order?s pizza it is usually from this location. Normally, everything is fine - no issues. Tonight, I ordered... carry out. When arriving I sent my 12yo daughter and her 14yo friend inside to pick up the pizzas. They walked in to find two ofthe four employees full out making out. The other two were off to the side listening to music. My girls were so uncomfortable,the setting extremely unprofessional. Then to top it off 2/3 of our pizzas were burnt. I called and spoke to the manager onduty, Harper, so I hope she addresses it but regardless our family will not order from this location again. At one point the delivery driver knew me and my staff by name, I ordered from here so often. Then something happened. The... cheese and toppings got thinner and tasted funny. Quality went down. I started ordering from other pizza joints? but, as apizza lover who reveled in the glory days of Papa Johns, I would always try it again in hopes for a good pizza of days past. But last night was the last time. I went easy.., just cheese and pepperoni, I thought ?who could mess that up??. It was theworse pizza I?ve ever had. I don?t even think there was any cheese on it. It tasted terrible. As I sulked and tried to stomachthe worst pizza I?ve ever had, I reminisced about when Papa Johns produced a great reliable pizza. In this instance ofdesperation, It was late night and one of the few places open? but next time, I would rather just starve until breakfast. Mywife came downstairs , also starving from a long day and getting our daughter to sleep, and grabbed a slice? took a bite ?dropped the rest of the slice and went to bed. My order was late, even though it was a 2 hour wait. I had ordered double mushrooms, and barely had any. The picture shows a... couple of pieces missing. I was hungry, but the pieces in the picture look just like the ones I had eaten. I had also orderedpineapple and Canadian Bacon on it. Spent 27 dollars on two with a coupon. Called into this location after picking up our pizza. When we opened the box we were surprise that the pizza was thin crust,... but after calling the back and speaking to a person that identified themself as the GM we were shocked by the way she treatedus. I tried to explain to her that the crust look like a thin crust pizza. She said ? we do not make thin crust in 16? ?. Then Itried to further explain to her that the pizza clearly did not look or taste like the original crust pizza. That is when shebecame very rude saying, ? first you said it was a thin crust, now you seeing saying the pizza doesn?t taste right?. I tried toexplain to her I would bring the pizza back so she could see it was not made right. That is when she rudely said, I am going tovoid the order (in a rude and unprofessional manner) I cannot believe that papa John?s has some one that rude working as amanager.
