Crust is very bland since they removed their crust flavors selection. Disappointing. Time to change.
Two separate times I have ordered at 10:30pm and the other at 11:00 pm and both times my order never came never showed nothing... and when I called the place the phone just rings till it hangs up. I don?t know what needs to change, but something does. First off, this Detroit Style pizza looks NOTHING like the commercial!... Second, it came soooo doughy and under cooked that now I have to put this in the oven to finish it! Sauce is everywhere, slicesare cut so uneven! How hard is it to cut a pizza?! I?ve tried to call the store a few times now to complain, get arefund?SOMETHING?ANYTHING, but no one answers the phone and it just hangs up on me. If I wanted to have my kids make my pizza, Icould have done that (and we have, and it comes out better!) *2nd pic is to show you how uneven the slices are. I didn?t wantto have to heat up my whole oven to finish cooking a pizza so I tried to do a few slices in my toaster oven and now there?scheese everywhere that I need to clean. Unbelievable. Read more
Its gotten very biden expensive but when I went in to pay an employee applied discounts. This really helped. Still the best... pizza. Lots of toppings and the best pizza sauce. $30 for 2 large supremes. Read more
Fast and so yummy. The boneless chicken is small though (size of a quarter) sauce is not good, like a vinegary Red Hot.
If I could put a 0 I would. There was nothing wrong with my order because I never received my order. Google hours say open to... 12am. Placed order at 9:35pm and it accepted said estimated delivery 10:35pm. After waiting until 11:15pm drove to store tosee sign that says Sorry for the inconvenience but store closed due to employees. Why accept my order and charge my card forit? Didn't even receive a courtesy call saying hey we going to have to cancel. Last time this establishment gets anybusiness. Chain needs to do better. This location makes great pizza. I've ordered delivery from them several times over the past year. Their delivery times are also... extremely quick. Their crust is crispy, the wings are crunchy and covered evenly in sauce. Everything is really good. Well,almost everything. The reason why I don't give 5 stars is two-fold. ONE, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I've paid the additional $2 forextra cheese on my pizza 4-5 times, and NEVER do I get an amount of cheese that any rational person would call "extra". Pleasesee the attached picture for one example, it's like this every time, me paying the extra fee for extra cheese and beingdisappointed in clearly not getting the extra cheese I paid for, hoping this time will be different and my hopes gettingcrushed. Second, of less important, complaint I have is, they just don't give you enough sauce in those little plastic cups youget with your breadsticks. The cups are always about 30% full, and I completely run out of sauce within 2 breadsticks, leavingme no sauce for the other 3! Pizza Hut, please don't skimp on your customers, particularly when they pay extra. These are thingsthat have happened many times over the course of a year, so I know it wasn't a one-off oversight.
