I use to enjoy this RR. But I?ve noticed how the quality of the restaurant has gone down so so much. This place is FILTHY.... DISGUSTING. And it?s been like this for a long time. The service is okay but the food is also losing its quality as well. I amshocked at how DIRTY this whole entire restaurant is. I don?t want to know what the kitchen looks like. MANAGEMENT needs to stepup and either hire someone to clean or clean it yourself because this falls on YOU. I will NEVER eat here again. Read more

We were met at the door by a girl telling us all the food items they were out of, very long list. We entered anyway. We picked... in stocks items. Fine. Took over 10 mins to be acknowledged once seated. Our server never once made eye Contact. Had her face inthe phone/tablet to take our orders the whole time. The place was pretty slow, saw lots of employees. But yet she had otherplaces to be and pay attention to. Read more

Terrible experience. We came in at 7:45 pm and was told 20 minute wait. Half of the restaurant was shut down so it wasn't a... space issue, but a staffing issue. We finally got sat after our 20 minute wait. We had to wait about 7 minutes before we weregreeted by our server. We were ready to order appetizer and dinner. We got our app delivered fairly quickly by another employee,we asked for plates and did not get them. Our server finally showed up with our drinks. We asked her for plates, still didn'tget them. We waited about 20 minutes for our order 2 burgers and two salads which was delivered by another employee. Fries werecold, we had to wait to let our server know because it took her 5 minutes to check on us. I think they are motivated to havepeople use door dash. It was pretty pathetic. Food was good. Waitress had an excellent disappearing act. Our food was delivered the waitress never came back to either refill... drinks or to ask if we wanted any more fries. My son and husband both went through two Cokes and a glass of water and both wereempty for about 20 minutes. My water was empty for longer than that. It never did get refilled. The food was good the fish was abit over battered but the flavor was excellent. My son suffers from food allergies that make dining out very rare for ourfamily. We are very cautious and are willing to pay much more money to the wait staff if they are attentive. I'm pretty sure thefries may have in contaminated because he was sick the next day and they didn't come out with a flag on them. Read more

Went for a spontaneous date night with my boyfriend?on a Friday night ???? Wasn?t thinking ???? It was a great evening though!... We spent around 40 minutes waiting, it was SUPER busy! But, the staff was SUPER sweet every single step of the way ???? From thehostess to our waiter to the manager (I believe) that brought out our food when something had been wrong, every single personwas so incredibly kind & helpful at every moment, even though they were incredibly swamped for hours on end. Seated right away, service was excellent, and food was tasty! Enjoyed the more expanded menu with some new items to choose from.

I have always come to Red Robin for their amazing burgers.....well new menu had me order the smokehouse brisket burger....tons... of great toppings compliment this great new sandwich. Great combinations made for one tasty burger ???? The new sunset lemonadeis really good.... Amazing service with helpful staff waiting on you to enjoy your experience.
