The pizza is always bomb. But this particular day, the stars were aligned the moon and the sun said hi and this pizza was... created. It was as if I was eating it right in store. So hot, toppings were tasty, crust was chewy and just right. I had ablue moon beer with it and I could've died right then and been happy. Pizza was ok, and a bit under cooked. The Italian beef sandwich was alright, but had to be eaten with a fork since there was so... much au jus that it just fell apart. The boneless chicken wings were just breaded raw chicken. Since they were drenched insauce, if we had not cut the rest open after biting into a few, we wouldn't have known. Although we got a credit for the wings,I'm not sure we will be back to use it. Based on the issues of this order and previous orders, things don't seem to beimproving. Read more
1 ???? for the absolutely filthy unkept kitchen (and I don’t mean the flour on the floor) the ceiling looks like a health code... concern! 2 ???? for the pizza and price 3???? because 1 out of the 4 employees present responded to me and treated me likecustomer! Unhappy with the usual suspect pizza places. We haven't had pizza in quite sometime. I received a flyer in the mail. And... decided to give rosati's a try. I'm happy to report they actually know what light sauce means. The double crest pizza wasdelicious. Usually hubby is very picky about pizza and he loved rosati's. delivery time was not horrible either. And we areabout to have leftovers for lunch. Read more
The pizza was not great, the gal at the counter was wonderful, she had just answered the phone when I came in, she was trying to... wave a co worker down to help, and no one came to help her. **update 7/29/2021 Well someone was able to turn this place around. Back to 5 stars at least for now. ** *update... 6/20/2018 Tried giving them a couple more chances and they failed. This place is a disaster. If you love Rosati's, there areother locations in the East Valley that are independent and not owned by this franchisee. Go elsewhere. Even if it meant eatingcrumbled bread with ketchup, it would be a better experience than giving your business to this company. * This location is agiant mess. We've been frequenting this place for over a year and out of the dozen or so times we've given them our business,only once have they ever met our expectations or had any sense of consistency. Some issues we've had: never being on time withintheir suggested window and instead usually 15-20 minutes late, wrong toppings, entire chunks of onion, completely soggy anddrenched crust, and completely burnt crust. Just this past visit someone forgot to put tomato sauce on the pizza and insteadincidentally added the tomato sauce once the pizza was already cooked and ready as if we wouldn't have noticed. Regardless, ofall the miss management we absolutely love the pizza and keep going back. If someone could fix these issues the place would be agold mine. Read more
Usually love Rosati’s but today was bad!! We always add Jalapeño to our pies and it gives a great flavor. Today while eating... the first slice I was shocked by spicy it was. At first I thought there was a few extra spicy slices. However when the secondslice was worse I decided to lift the cheese and see what was going on. On a single slice there were over 20 jalapeño slices!!! The pizza was inedible!! I called and they offered to remake the pizza or give a credit. I opted for the credit as ourappetites were ruined. Food inconsistent like the wings; sometimes they have lots of sauce other times they look bare. Today the wings were bare, hard... and chewy. Our pizza was ready more than 15 mins before the rest of my food and was barely warm once we opened it at home. Itdidn’t help that the young man putting items in the warm slams it so hard it bounces open. If they tell you your food will beanother 4-5 mins times that number at least by 3. Read more
