It feels like I didn't get enough lobster today. The service is always great at this location.

Customer service was 4/5, everyone was kind. Reason for the review is their pinto beans, one of my favorite sides but at this... location the past few months beans have been watery and have not tasted right. My bowl wasn?t even filled to the line, the shrimp are much smaller than normal. I paid almost the same for a plate at... Cheesecake Factory for this plate of literally NOTHING. 3rd time in 3 months getting delivery directly from here and can safely say portions are down by 66% for burritos and your... delivery order will always be missing at least 2-3 side items toys paid for. I know costs are going up for everything, but nowit seems we pay more for 66% less. No thanks, we'll go across the street to taco bell. EDIT: Wound up ordering from taco bellas well. The while family had the same problem with portion size and were atypically hungry after our order. Read more

What a horrible Rubios. Kids in the back blasting music. All 4 of our 5 orders were wrong. We ate at the restaurant and watched... every other patron have their oder given to them wrong or wait forever to be served. We asked the cashier where the manager wasand was told the manager left an hour ago. Portions were small and restaurant was filthy like other reviews have stated.People, stop coming here. This place doesn't deserve to be in business. They are giving Rubios a bad name. Read more
