This place is phenomenal. Salads are made fresh. Can get chicken that's organic or tofu which variety of organic veggies. Super... size portions. Salad dressings are fresh made as well. Read more
I visit Salad and go very frequently & today for some reason the girl at the window was super rude. When I got home to eat my... wrap, the contents weren't even inside & it was falling apart so bad I couldn't even eat it. Might as well have ordered as asalad. Read more
I'm so let down. Ever since this restaurant concept opened I was overjoyed. Over the past few years I've seen the quality and... the service dwindle I keep returning thinking it's a one-off. Today I'm reminded again of the lack of checking orders beforethey hand out the food. Barbecue ranch salad missing almost all of the options no black beans no pico no avocado no corn notortilla strips and no salad dressing. I understand prices of everything has gone up, but the amount of protein is so much lessthan it used to be so I compensate by ordering double protein and and the amount of chicken on my salad today is less than asingle order portion used to be. I should have realized seeing the same gal who is either a lead or a manager today that myorder is screwed because she hands it to me and never checks. I'm not forget again and probably not return. What a shame thatthis healthy option is not going to be for me anymore. Oh consolation to the barbecue ranch salad ....they added celery croutonsand fresh jalapenos?? This location used to be so awesome. The new Store Manager and Assistant Manager aren?t the greatest. Love the employees there... though. The assistant doesn?t know when to stop talking, the store manager expects everyone to be okay with their awfulschedules. The frozen strawberry lemonades and all the lemonades in general are rarely ever cleaned here. No stickers to showexpired dates. The shift leads are great. There?s one employee who has been working there for about a year and she still hasn?tbecome a manager. She?s been asking and asking and they keep refusing. She?s more than capable of doing it she?s a great worker,they say they can?t make anymore team members managers but yet the store manager hires shift leads?.. Store 1 used to be so funand cool. Now all the employees have left and or are in the process of finding new jobs because management just doesn?t care. Read more
ordered a Cobb salad because I wanted the egg and avocado but they forgot the avocado ???? didn?t get the egg in my salad today... when ordering online and they were stingy with the bacon and chicken. won?t be ordering from this location anymore. Read more
Food is fine. Great value, healthy, everything we?ve grown to love about salad and go. The service, also good. My complaint is... that I was pulling a trailer and couldn?t go through the drive through. Why can?t I just give my order to the guy at thewindow?!? Why do I need to download your app for a salad? I don?t need an account. You don?t need to know my birthday or storemy credit card information for me to buy a salad or wrap. I can?t pay cash for my lunch like I generally do to keep me underbudget for the week?s lunches. In the time to download said app and register an account, I could?ve dropped my trailer, give myand my whole crews order to somebody on the box, given them cash like I wanted to, and hooked my trailer back up and drivenaway. Instead, I stood outside for the better part of 10 minutes helping my guys who don?t speak English navigate dumb apps toorder salads and wraps. My boyfriend and I love going to salad and go. Can?t beat the prices and good food. Today we ordered Chicken pot pie soup and... tried the steak salads. Unfortunately there was no chicken in either of our chicken soups. My boyfriend?s steak salad had onlyfatty cuts of steak, and my salad literally had a pebble in it. A pebble like the kind that fly up and hit your windshield, thatI could have easily broken my tooth on Typically like this place but kind of scared to go back :( Read more
