I would give this no stars. We were given the wrong food. The meat taste like it sat there forever. The corn dogs and tator tots... were gross. They looked burnt and the tator tots tasted like dirty oil. We called and talked to the manager she just saidokay.... My husband talked to her and she just said she could fix our food and never offered a refund or to fix our kids food.This was the worst experience ever. The manager had no care in the world. 11/10/22 location hasn't gotten any better. Still always slow getting just drink orders and they mess up at least one drink... flavor everytime. Hoping one day this Sonic will get better! Update 1/11/22 So is this location shutting down? It's bad enoughthat this location shuts down nearly every night their drive-thru or stalls and often closes early, but now for the past 2 daysyou can't even place an order on the mobile app! I don't have time to order there and wait, jusy make the app orders pick uptimes to reflect how long it is really going to take.. I have about given up on this Sonic! ..... Yeah, it starts this way. Over the past few years, service has crashed! We often would come by and get sodas and snacks. The... last 5 times over 6 weeks, every order was wrong. One order, my both kids plane burgers came with everything (plane was on theorder slip). Next two times, wrong sodas. When someone asks for diet, it could be for medical reasons, just fyi. (Diet cokeisn't sticky!) One time they ran out of my cup size, another time I ordered a medium, got a small. And this may just be a gripe,but they refused to come out and deliver during a little rain. That's the reason for tips! That's the "fun" of Sonic! Cant ratethe food because it doesn't come right, service is horrible, but I guess the place does always look clean. Read more
Going there was really fun for me and my friends because we got to cool down from a really tiring game. While we were waiting... for the food, we just talked and chilled. They lose one star because they sell the food that they do, just never buy food here. The ice cream is the only reason to come... here, and that is very good. Two problems: they are consistently very slow and their systems don?t seem to function well.Secondly, the ice cream usually is not full in the cup, and/or there is a large empty spot in the middle. The ice cream isREALLY expensive for what it is, so I would expect better service and speed, and more consistent and full servings. Read more
I have recently gotten a grape slush, which used to be my norm. The past 2 or 3 times, I have ended up wasting them because... they were too sweet. Like they had put too much syrup in it. This time though was perfect, I ordered small just in case. Andended up ordering a large as well. Sucks though, that store is no where near home. Read more
They reuse their frying oil so many times that you can taste the bad oil. Pretty much everything else is also flavorless, cold... and bad quality. Read more
