The worst experience I have ever had in a Starbucks...the customer service was bad and that's being nice. The young lady helping... me at the register was either having the worst day of her life or Starbucks doesn't know how to hire appropriate staff...anywayusually Starbucks customer service is great, but not this day and that is unusual to me? No one was hardly talking and usuallythere is a nice vibe and positive feel around every Starbucks. Read more
Absolutely awful. The guy in front of me including myself were sitting there waiting for our drinks not knowing that they were... sitting on the counter barely visible. They didn't care to let us know that are drinks were done. The employees felt it was moreimportant to chat behind the counter to each other, than give some actual customer service. One of the worst Starbucks I haveever been to. WILL NOT go again. Read more
Starbucks seems like a silly thing to review... but hey, so does a McDonalds and I've done that so why not? THIS IS MY FAVORITE... STARBUCKS! That said - super friendly service, great environment, great drinks, never messed up my order (which happens at mostStarbucks with me for some reason), always very clean, and from what I've gathered, this location really goes above and beyondto be environment friendly so I wanted to take the time to give it some kudos. :) I'd say adding a drive through is the onlything that would make it any better, but I'm perfectly fine with not getting my coffee through a window. Get your racist services here! My sister went here yesterday to buy a tumbler and drink to be greeted with a look of a disgust... from one of the workers in that day shift. I believe she said she was an older woman. Treated all the Caucasian customers with asmile and once my sister went up she told her what do you want! Asked for my sisters name and told her oh I?m surprised you havea name like that. Which was an all American kind of name. We were raised and born here and are just as American as that ladyis!!!! I?m so beyond upset that we still have to go through this stuff! She also said while she was waiting for her drink theworker glared her down with disgust.
