We have loved coming here when I need a quick cheap dinner for 5 kids. Unfortunately new people have been hired. I thought maybe... it was just a "bad day" the first few times. Yesterday 9/28 Tuesday around 5:15 they were there. We don't know her name, one haslight red hair, she should not be working in customer service. Just rude, out of everything, actually asked if we wanted her towalk to the back to get more onion! They said "this bread is stale, oh well" These are the first times we haven't tipped. This is the closest Subway to my house. Stop in here for a quick sandwich fix from time to time. The customer service has... always been good. In fact, when it's not busy it's easy to have a nice conversation while they fix up your sandwich. They'renever stingy with veggies. Bread tastes fresh and is soft. Store is clean. Very Friendly Girl made us Tuna Subs and didn't use the Stingy Scape Manuever- served just the right amount of my Favorite... choice. Restaurant was Clean and Food Prep organized and neat with all Food looking Fresh and Tasty. She did make a mistake inToasting our sandwiches when we told her we didn't want them toasted and quickly agreed to re-make them without Hesitation andapologized for mistake. Absolute WORST subway I have ever been too. I have tried giving it so many chances and it just continues to be horrible. Every... time I orders either on the subway app or actual DoorDash, my order is always wrong. Every single time! It?s so frustratingbecause my sandwiches are always wrong, drinks are forgotten etc. I paid almost 40$ for food for all of it to be wrong ormissing! So sick of it!
