Customer service is good but the restaurant itself is gross, the bathroom floors have bugs everywhere. I ordered two jr bowls... and crab ragoons. On steak teriyaki bowl, the steak had a chalky texture to it and looked disgusting. The fried rice seemedlike it was heated up or just not cooked long enough. The vegetables in the bowl were cold. On spicy chicken bowl the chickenwas crunchy and had barley any flavor. Lastly the ragoons were raw and very sweet. I was fine with the sweetness until I pulledthe ragoons apart and saw all the raw dough. The price for those three items was over $30, absolutely ridiculous. Great teriyaki chicken teriyaki madness is a fantastic chicken teriyaki place. They have much more than chicken teriyaki they... have great edamame and they also have orange chicken they also have brown rice white rice and fried rice. I highly highlyrecommend that you get their chicken bowl chicken breast bowl please make sure it's spicy the spicy version is much better in myopinion than the regular version. This orange chicken bowl cost $12. The taste is great, but I?m just not sure it?s worth the cost.
Used to be much better. The bowls are way less full now. Below is a pic of a bowl that is supposed to have veggies. There are... almost no veggies the last 2 times we have come. Most likely won't be headed back. So sad since new ownership. Read more
Not the best quality. The chicken was 100% chicken breast but it was dry not tender kinda of like el pollo loco?s tostada... bowl. The idea is to cook the chicken as gently as possible, below a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes. But I guess you can?t do thatin fast food. Big Island Hawaii BBQ only uses chicken thigh so less quality. place is always tasty but every time I order it with noodles and yakisoba style it comes out like it's straight out of the... noodle strainer these pics don't do it justice but I can assure you these noodles never touched a wok. only making this commentbecause this is like the 4th time(maybe more) it has happened which I'm sure is just a training issue. They are super goofy with their signs and funny TV shows while you wait for your food. The wait was a long time... Whew! I... recommend ordering before you arrive like Chinese take out. Food was good... I got the spicy chicken and veggies. Read more
