Very disappointed tonight. Went to Chandler heights/higley location at 5:00 to find door locked and hours said they were open... till 9. I went to my car and then saw a few workers inside cleaning. I called my family to see what else they wanted me to pickup and then decided I?d call since it appeared one of the workers had put a ticket up. No answer on phone after several minutesof it saying I was next in line. Another lady walked up and realized door was locked. She looked inside window and then steppedto side and got on her phone. Several minutes later a worker came and unlocked the door. I then went and asked if they were openand they said yes. No reason why door was locked? I then waited 32 minutes for my order. Most of my order was sitting thereready for almost 10 min getting cold while rest was cooked. When we got it home the Thai fried rice with chicken we ordered wasonly three quarters full. Rest was fine except dumplings were soggy. Very disappointed in service and quality of food tonight. Read more

This place is an absolute rip-off. Just paid $13 for an order of panang and what I got was a bowl full of green peppers, sauce,... and 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Absolute joke. Read more
Been ordering from this place for a while, but lately they've been really skimpy on the protein. My pad prig pau was basically... an onion with sauce with about 2 slices of chicken for $12. I called to complain, but been waiting for about 10 minutes forsomeone to pick up, so they can read the review instead. Update... Sent you an email as requested. Never heard back. Read more
3/22/21 Update I had to take it from my previous 5 star rating down to a three star. I was craving chicken phad thai really bad,... so i ordered online and picked it up on my way home. Both phad thai's we ordered were lacking any flavor at all, which was verydisappointing. One was supposed to be medium heat and one mild-they were both mild and both had green onions, so I picked themout of mine. Maybe they're having an off night.??????? They were really busy. Neither of us bothered to finish our meals. I hopethat's all it was, an off night because the food has been better in previous nights. Maybe the old cook left, it they ran out ofan important ingredient? We work hard for our money, and limit how much we go out, so we're a bit bummed ???? Jan2021 AWESOME!! We came when they first opened and have to say, for what we usually order at a thai restaurant, we werentimpressed. BUT NOW!! Whoever the cook is...10+ stars!! The food is amazing!! So happy this place opened close to our house! Friendly staff and great food. The curries are great. My favorite is the Panang.... My wife and son love the fried rice. This place rivals any Thai place in the valley. They have very tasty China Mist iced teatoo! If you like Thai tea, theirs is good! Read more
Family size soup is 1/3 empty and was told that is how much they?re told to fill it to. So salty had to throw it out.
