Waited 25 minutes in drive thru ????. I emailed customer service and they never responded. The employee said that the problem... is they are short staffed, I counted 5 employees from the window so your guess is as good as mine. Read more
Went to this Wendy's location and this is the second location that seem to be "closed" eventhough their store hours posted says... they are open. It was only 8pm. I've never had Wendy's before and I know why it is because they never seem to be open. They'reworkers are there. I see them through the window but they seem to be talking and "messing" around. Frys were 75% old 25% fresh. The chicken sandwich was literally too dry and over cooked to eat. Coke machine was leaking all... over the floor, and was out of: Coke, sprite, gingerale, rootbeer and fanta. (Only had diet, and water). Will NEVER go to thisstore again. The dog ate the dry old Wendy's, and we had left over spaghetti. THANKS WENDY'S, since we didn't get frosties, atleast my kids will never ask to eat at Wendy's again. I just ordered from Wendy's today. I ordered a biggie bag and two plain chicken sandwiches. They didn't give me a receipt and... when I got home I learned I wasn't given what I ordered and instead got 10 nugget and a large fry with two sandwiches. Verydisappointing and if I had been given a receipt I could have actually checked if they put the right order in. Read more
Unfortunately, I did not look at my salad when I picked it up from the drive through, by the time I opened the salad, I found... that someone had put some sort of dressing mayo based on the chicken. We went on a 2 mile bike ride with my kids and showed up early before the store opened. The managers were so nice that they... allowed us to get food even though they were not open and served us on the patio. Got a big bacon classic combo large size. Got the burger with 2 bottom buns. Spent about $40 in all. Would of rather went to... Chilli's best bang for your buck and service is great! Read more
