*sigh* man. I hate to say how bad the sushi was. Really I spit it out on contact ????. It was the spicy tuna roll. I was really... excited because I had like 10 pieces and usually at places you only get like 6 or 8. Anyway, It was worse than the worst thingIve ever had in my life. I would rather eat liver and onions before I order sushi from this place. I gave it a two because theteriyaki chicken was good and it was quick. Hours posted say they're closed at 9pm. We got there at 7:35. The rude kid at counter said we have to get our order to go... because the lobby closes at 8. I told him i had met my family there and the inconvenience it was causing and had we knownthat, we wouldn't have driven all the way there. They had 2 total online orders and somehow gave mine to the only other person who ordered online. They asked if I wanted his... food instead since they gave him mine. I thought the whole reason they didn't let you pickup the order by yourself was so theycould verify you are the person picking up but I guess that's not how that works. Read more
Honestly this would be negative if possible. Ordered online for pick up so I wouldn't have to wait. 3 employees standing behind... the counter and no one acknowledged me at all. When I finally get someone's attention, all I got was attitude from the girl atthe front desk for interrupting her chit chat time. I let her know I was there to pick up and she said oh and turned around backto her conversation. Someone else finally came over and began grilling me about my order to "verify". Bologna. Great food with great service! I was greeted as soon as I stepped to the counter. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl (no... scallions) with a Medium Drink for Dine In. The order arrived within 4 minutes of ordering. The Drink station was fully stockedand clean. They had pumps of Teriyaki Sauce for Dine In customers available also. The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was hot, fresh, andtasty! I was served with 2 additional packets of Teriyaki Sauce, napkins, and a fork. The lobby was clean and well maintained. Iwas the only Dine In Customer, and it was after 6:00pm on a Saturday. There were a few orders for to go, while I was there.Unsure why they ask for tips, when they don't have table service, but you have the option to not tip.
