Food and service can be hit or miss but some items on the menu are consistently great. 5 stars on their pub burgers and ribs.... (Don't order chicken tenders.) Walleye is impressive. Had the special of prime rib and it was some of the best around (thatcoming from our guests who try a lot of prime rib). Some of staff care and want to be there. Went on a Wednesday for bingo and dinner. Place was packed with minimal staff but they were very apologetic. A little extra... wait, nbd. Had the bbq grilled cheese, delicious, and the beignets for dessert were amazing?? Read more
Pretty good, our server was very nice, and it was pretty low key & relaxing for a Saturday evening. The cheese curds were very... good! But the sauce was kind of just your typical "bleh" cheap & watery marinara, would be a lot better with something higherquality. My girlfriend had the pulled pork sandwich with fries & really liked it, and I had the brisket sandwich with a side ofMac. The brisket was good, but you can tell the sandwich (and especially the Mac) were nuked to high hell, the noodles had thatalmost rubber texture, and you'd actually be better off microwaving a frozen mac & cheese, I was wondering where the soul was?Overall it's a nice little place, and the fact that they use Butcher on the Block meats for some of their menu options is great!We'll definitely be back someday. My 1st time in here as a date night . The waitresses were super nice . They had a live Band that was extremely talented.... The burgers were yummy. The drinks were perfect. I would definitely go back again ???????? They only need to changetheir French fries ???? a real fresh ???? would go fabulous with their foods. Read more
First time here. Large selection of items on menu as well as drinks. Lots of beer on tap. I had the brisket sandwich, very... delicious, had an intense smokey flavor. Sauce was zesty. Atmosphere is cool, typical roadhouse style bar and grill. Service wasgreat. Mike the owner is a really nice guy and was attentive and friendly. He?s also a huge Cubs fan which immediately made thebar so much better ????. Slot machines pay out well. We will definitely be back to try more items on menu. Prices were reasonable. Two of us had steak and one had burger. They all were slightly over cooked. Was very busy so that... might have been why. Food tasted good though. Was a little loud with music for our liking. Especially during dinner. Read more
Wonderful little pub located in Gilberts, IL. You will enjoy its rustic atmosphere and good food. I had the pulled pork... sandwich, it was delicious. Prices are very reasonable also. Read more
This place is clean and FANTASTIC! Servers (just 2) handled rush like the professionals they are. I've not seen such... investment in the enjoyment of guests in a long time. And the food! Highly recommend the 72. Best burger I think I've everhad. Major win and can't wait to go back! Read more
