Was in 9/10 before noon, this place open 11. I was told they only have dark meat . I didn?t think much until I came home and... what do you know, it appear I was given what look to be old chicken from last night. Tiny dry up quarter dark that seem to besitting around for some time. This was the worst experience both my husband and I had at any restaurant! First we went in and asked if we could eat in, they... said "yes". We had our seats then they brought over our meals in a large paper bag!!! When asked if they misunderstood me theycontinued by telling they had no plates and were waiting on a truck for delivery, WHAT ???? There is a Walmart Weis and dollorstore right down the road !!! We packed up our food and left. We drove 11 miles back home so we could have plates to eat on .Upon opening our meal we found 2 small chicken halves , cold potatoes, cold gravy, cold fresh veggies, which were mainly carrotswith 4 prices of cut up zucchini and one large stalk of broccoli!!!,cold Mac and cheese and cold cornbread which looked like itwas never cooked !!! I proceeded to warm everything up BEFORE we could even eat !! My husband cut into his chicken and themiddle was pink ?!! He and I refused to eat under cooked chicken ! And on top of that we paid for 2 large sodas which we didn'tneed because we had drinks at home !!! So much for fast food ???????? . We ended up going out again and picking up a pizzawhich was hot and good !!! So in the end we paid $36.00 for Neal we could not enjoy THEN paid another $15.00 for a pizza. On the evening of 12/15/2021 my family and I visited in this location on our way home from shopping. As we made our way inside,... we observed nobody attending the register area. We waited approximately 3 minutes before a female came out from the back area,in which we observed her on her cell phone. She never even greeted us. We ordered our food and asked to stay, but when the foodwas brought out to our table, it was all wrapped into to go containers and placed in a to go bag. Also, after waiting quitesome time, the female worker told my wife there was no more Cobb salad & gave her a Ghetto substitute Cesar salad that lookedlike dog food. To top it Off, all our hot food was cold and our chicken was dry. They failed to give us our kids drink. Thisplace honestly deserves zero stars. I would never have any of these individuals running my business. I would fire all the staffworking night shift immediately & get a Managment team to properly run this place. You?ve been warned! Honestly the more i try it the more disappointed i get. First the Nashville hot sandwich was bland. Figured it was some kinks... that needed to be addressed due to the grand opening. Waited a bit to give it another shot. I went back today for Chicken noodlesoup on whim. Shouldn't have gone. That soup was either rancid or water got in from the warmers. Read more
Haven't been here in a long time... Disappointing. Less variety the sides were very bland and the macaroni and cheese was almost... inedible. Chicken was pre cut and a little dry. I recommend going to a grocery store and getting their roasted chicken... A lotcheaper and better. Read more
