While waiting for egg mcmuffins, Couldn't help but watch the girl making the food. Wearing plastic gloves, but constantly... touching her face, her glasses, her clothing, while assembling and handling sausage, eggs, bread, cheese, etc... Told themanager, who seemed extremely disinterested in this really important complaint.. I know it's just McDonald's,, But please,,clean up your act,, Hygiene and knowing how to handle food that someone else is going to eat are pretty huge.. Read more
My daughter and I waited in line for at least 20 minutes. That wasn?t an issue. I understand everywhere is short staffed. Placed... my order. Something was wrong with the confirmation screen, so I was unable to confirm what our order was. When we pulled up topay I wasn?t given a total which I didn?t question because you get a receipt right? Well, they are out of receipt paper?. Ok.Pull up to second window and only get half my order. I ask where my portion is. They say I didn?t order it. I said ok what did Ipay for. They couldn?t tell me. I said no big deal, can I make sure I didn?t pay for it? They still couldn?t tell me becausethey had no receipt. I don?t understand, because I would think you could pull it up on a register? Anyway, they told me to pullup into a parking spot so they could confirm. 25 minutes later I went in and I will admit I was angry. The people behind thecounter acted like I had six heads and one girl ran in the back crying because I was ?mean.? I asked if they were going to justlet me sit out there all day. I didn?t tell, I didn?t curse. I had been there for over forty minutes just to make sure I didn?tpay for food I didn?t get. I don?t think anyone else would have been fine with that either. Since moving to Boyertown in March, I've been to this McDonald's location 6 times now. I've had to go back in 2 times to have... them correct an error. Once they put cheese on my sandwich when I told them not to. Once they forgot one of my sandwiches on myorder. That might seem awful - and it is - but at least I get free WiFi here, which is a perk this McDonald's has that 4 of themost local diners do not. The WiFi at this McDonald's works Read more
Food takes way too long to be considered ?fast food? and more than half the time something is missing and/or wrong. We got the... combo today of an incorrect sandwich and missing fries. Sucks having this be the closest McDonalds to us, but always haveproblems. Read more
