From the moment I stepped into the Starbucks at the Gilbertsville Giant, my life was changed. Dylan and Roman were the nicest... baristas I have ever come across (mind you I have traveled to sooooo many starbucks in this area). The management collects all the tips that the Starbucks workers *WORKED* for and donate them to charity. Why? Really wrong!
I always have a great experience here. I will mention- one employee named , Sam is definitely not a team player and needs to be... coached on team work. Another co worker asked him to grab register so he could complete an order. Sam was leaning against thecounter, arms crossed laughing with another co worker & responded, ?I?m done. I?m done? as in his shift was over. Then continuedwith his conversation & laughing. It made him look look ignorant & was not appropriate in front of other customers. If yourshift is over , leave the Starbucks. Don?t treat other employees with disrespect - simple. Read more
