On November 6th, I had ordered food for pick up online. It was #611 (for the store's awareness). And it said on the app that it... would be ready at about 10:20am. I live pretty close to this wawa so I usually wait until the app tells me it is ready for pickup and I waited and waited and all it said was "order will be ready soon." So when I walked into the store, it was about 10:40amalready. There was no Barcode for me to scan on the app either which is odd and shouldn't happen. The cashier who rung me outwas helpful and did it manually, he also walkied' to his coworkers in deli that I was paying. Now I have been waiting by thedeli for a very long time, and they are already on order 800 something. I ask the deli worker, the girl with the piercings andtattoos where my order is and that it should have been ready at least 20 minutes ago. She looked at a brown paper bag that wassitting towards the edge of where the kitchen is (not really reachable for customers) and also with the number label facing theopposite direction from me and pushed it over to me. I told them that I was waiting for awhile and also the app never told me itwas ready. She didn't even provide a decent excuse. They saw me waiting up front by the counter for at least 10 minutes, theynever repeated the orders that were ready, they didn't listen to the cashier, and they must have already printed out the receiptfor my order before it was picked up. They just blatantly didn't care. As a former employee, I know that everything could havebeen easily avoidable. Especially if ONE single customer is standing there for awhile. I'm not happy about my experience at alland I hope you hire and retrain employees to be more thoughtful and actually follow protocol. I ended up leaving the store at10:54am when my order said it would be ready around 10:20... That's completely unreasonable. Read more

Very disappointed with ordering what I thought was the gobbler bowl and ended up with all stuffing and 2 tiny pieces of turkey... and being charged close to $10.00. What a huge tip off Read more

Waited over 20 minutes for my curbside order. Left because who has time to wait all that when you work? They weren?t that busy.

Clean store. I particularly like this wawa because it has male and female restrooms compared to the new stores that have just... two family restrooms and you?re waiting around. Plus the women like there toilet seats down and clean. Very quick and speedyservice as well. One of my favorite wawas around! Read more

I ordered 2 Refresher at 2:29 pm. At 2:42 I asked the lady who was making it how much longer bc it had been almost 15... minutes.The lady said no it's been 7 minutes. I walked over to the manager said what time is it. She said 2:43 and I showed hertime on my ticket. I said please refund me my money I wasn't about to stay any longer for 2 drinks. The manager said shewouldn't refund me my money. She instead walked over to the lady came back said she has 9 orders to do. I said I only seen hermake 3 drinks in 15 minutes I been standing there. The manager said you couldn't make these drinks. I said yes I could andprobably faster. The manager then said you're not going to talk about my employees like that don't come back in this store. Isaid I don't plan too. She give me my money back. She said how did you pay. I said cash and you can ask the cashier right behindme. She said you can keep the two pennies. I said I'll bring you back two pennies. If I was wawa I would send people fromcorporate office to retrain these employees. This stores employees are very unprofessional. Read more
