A great place to catch a meal without having to go inside to order. The drive-up places remind me of the old car hop drive-ins.... Easy to order, good service and good food, all without having to leave your vehicle. Read more
Tried to order my food and the lady taking our order was completely incompetent. We tried to order the buffalo sauce chicken.... She asked what sauce and we said buffalo sauce. She then asked again what kind of sauce. Get the order and the chicken had nosauce. Tried to order three shakes: one Oreo cheesecake, two Oreo peanut butter. Only received two Oreo peanut butter shakes.The person taking our order kept asking if we were done ordering. This was honestly irritating. They should have asked what elsecan I get for you instead of interjecting at the end of each order with us that all for you. Very upset. Read more
Terrible!! This restaurant has gone downhill. They got 2 complete orders wrong, then they throw all the food away, yes I... understand why, but they should possibly read back orders to ensure that they pressed the right buttons, this could save waste,frustration, and the company a lot of money. Customer service was almost non-existent, I had to ask someone after waitingalmost 10 minutes if we could order, then still had to wait because she went to the kitchen. The girl that took our order wasobviously unhappy about being there. Bummer because it used to be a decent place to eat. Read more

Tried to add a drink when I got to the window and was told by Elizabeth they aren't allowed to do that. I had to go in a circle... all the way back through the drive through just to add a drink. There is a reason this business is never busy. And this is thechicken you get in a crispy chicken sandwich hard as a rock and paper thin....... won't be back.... Read more
