It's McDonalds. You know what you're getting. For me the difference is the service and the staff. Fast, friendly and helpful.
After waiting for over 25 minutes for our order our fries were cold. I went to get a diet coke and instead it was root beer... coming out of the diet coke dispenser. I told the manager and she got smart with me telling me she checked all the linesalready so she doesn't know what to tell me and there is nothing else she can do. Well I guess that's why she works atMcDonald's to start with. 2nd why not go change the syrup boxes of diet coke and root beer and see if that fixes the problem? And these are the people wanting 20 dollars an hour. This McDonald's has been trash for the past 6 years! They got me again. They say this is how all of their mocha Fraps are. Cruised through here on 9/13. It was one of those Long Long Days. But...as soon as that voice hit the speaker, my spirits... lifted. Got up to the window and met Karen! What a unique/upbeat demeanor. Her positivity was a blessing. She will be the sameway with you, as well. So stop in, say hello, and when she lifts your spirits ...as she did everyone else...Thank her! She's akeeper! Thanks Karen! A quick bit , the ladie behind the counter,was super nice,
I dont even wants to give one star to this mcdonald . We waited several minutes. Finally just drove around to the window to get... food. I ordered 12 piece of chicken nuggets and 4 crispy mc chicken sandwitches . I ask the lady to get 4 ranches and buffalosauce and she started arguing with me for the sauces she said i have to pay 27 cents for each sauces and you get only 1 ranchfor the 6 chicken nuggets and for the other sauces i have to pay for it. She was very rude and took the rest sauces back from us.However, the sandwiches we ordered the chicken that we ordered were chewy too. Read more
Service was really bad even if you use their app. Food was horrible
There are always very long lines in this drive-thru but we don't have the option of using the lobby because it's always closed.... I would appreciate the sign on the lobby door stating why they are always closed .... like they don't have enough help. Thisparticular drive-thru the people do not understand to make two lines and keep it moving. This McDonald's location needs a signlike the car wash telling people to make two lines because apparently they aren't smart enough to do so on their own. Read more
