Second time eating from here? Food was great until I bit into a hair in my sandwich? They need to wear HAIR NETS!!!!
Ordered a whataburger Jr and drink, no fries and it took almost 35 minutes to get it. I had to ask the cashier how much longer... and she said just a few more minutes. I told her I had to go to work and I wanted to cancel my order. She said she would get amanager. About one minute later she came back with my order and said oh it got done faster than I expected. What a joke! That's why I don't go to the Gilmer Whataburger very often. Read more

Usually love whataburger but this one was the exception. While traveling today I stopped in for the usual. And I waited and... waited and waited for someone to come to the counter. I left after about 10 minutes of not being waited on cause I had to getback on the road. I won't stop there again. Read more
