Second time eating from here? Food was great until I bit into a hair in my sandwich? They need to wear HAIR NETS!!!!
Ordered a whataburger Jr and drink, no fries and it took almost 35 minutes to get it. I had to ask the cashier how much longer... and she said just a few more minutes. I told her I had to go to work and I wanted to cancel my order. She said she would get amanager. About one minute later she came back with my order and said oh it got done faster than I expected. Usually love whataburger but this one was the exception. While traveling today I stopped in for the usual. And I waited and... waited and waited for someone to come to the counter. I left after about 10 minutes of not being waited on cause I had to getback on the road. I won't stop there again. Read more
They never have apple pies ready when I come through and the drive thru person lacked basic verbal communication skills for a... work environment setting; I asked if they offered ice cream cones and they responded with ?NOPE!?. I asked about a shake andimmediately ?NOPE!? To which I replied they are on your menu and all advertisements and finally was told the machine was downand. They were unable to make them. Read more
It was truthfully the second choice of the morning and to top it all off they served my long time girlfriend watery gravy on... both her orders and my chicken biscuits sauce was looking like a semi glazed donut and for a breakfast sandwich is was not atall pleasing so they get a 3 out of 10 from me Read more
Drive through lane at 10:30pm took 20 minutes to process the 5 cars infront of me and an additional 10 minutes for me to get... from placing my order to leaving with food. I stopped here to get a quick bite and caffine pick up on the drive home, but Icould have been home in the time I waited. I've been to whataburger late night, even on holidays, and never waited anywhere nearthis long. Sign out front says dining room closed for renovation so the only part of the business operating is the drive throughand its this slow? ???? No apologies from the staff either. Read more
