The food and service were quite good. However the restaurant was very dirty. The carpets were visibly soiled with fallen food... and staff looked at it but didn't bother to clean it. The bathrooms were awful. I don't think anyone had cleaned it all week. Ifthe cleaning is addressed this would be a good place to eat. Read more

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and spent the rest of my day in the bathroom, I felt sick all day. My daughter got the... loaded waffle fries which were mostly raw, so she didn't eat them. We didn't bother trying to get that fixed because the servicewas already so slow and we just wanted to be out of there and on our way. It was really, really disappointing. Read more

Bad customer service! Dirty silverware dirty cups! Let the manager know and he showed no interest in fixing the issue besides... removing our plates from the table and no one ever came back to see if we needed anything or to ask is everything was good. Donot recommend this restaurant!! Read more
Decent food. Update 2/5/22: Went to get lunch at this Applebee's after a morning of shopping. This Applebee's is always clean... and the employees treat their customers well. We started off with the Brew Pub Prezels and Beer Cheese Dip. These were goodthough a bit over-salted. My main lunch item was the Classic Cheeseburger with Fries while my wife had the Bourbon StreetChicken & Shrimp. Both of our meals were cooked well and tasty. Read more
Service is pretty nice at this location except its understaffed so wait times were longer than usual. They have both indoor and... outdoor seating with pets allowed outside. I ordered the steak medium rare, but received it well done. The mash potatoes andbroccoli fated pretty well. The shrimps and fries were better! The boneless wings and celery make the 2 for $ ____ still makes agood case for itself after all these years! The waiters are also nice to let you tune into any DIRECTV channel if you ask,otherwise they just have espn running 24/7 until closing. I went in as a party of 2 and the hostess, Arely told us it would be a 10 minute wait. Two more parties later and we did not get... seated. These were not reservations. Seemed unfair and as if she was neglecting giving us a table. I understand it gets busy,but the hostess was letting other parties ahead of us as soon as they walked in. Our server also only ever checked up on us onceand this was after we finished our meal. Read more
