We decided to go out to Chili's for dinner. When we got there, we immediately got a table (yay) After sitting at our table for... over 10 minutes with no one attending our table, we went back to the front and let them know we still hadn't been attended. Aminute later our waitress came and apologized. She told us they added a table to her shift but they didn't tell her. She cameback with the menu a minute later. After a few minutes, she came back and took our order. We ordered a cocktail, appetizers and the main course. It took a while to get the drinks but we eventually got it. Then it took a really long time toget the food and we got the main course without the appetizers so we asked to cancel the appetizers. Once we were finished withour food, it took a while to get the check. Overall, our waitress was really nice and she was really trying to help all of hertables but you can tell she just had too much to do. I would give an A to the waitress and C- to the restaurant as awhole. Regarding the food, it was good and if it weren't for the long wait, I might come back but not for awhile... Something that really bothers me at restaurants, and it's happening more and more at restaurants is its taking longerand longer for the food. I understand there is a staff shortage and I'm ok with it. What I'm not ok with is when you orderappetizers and the main course and they deliver everything together or worse the appetizers show up AFTER the main course. Tome, this is not acceptable. We were welcome by a rude young waitress who made it a point to speak to her co worker about us since she kept staring at us... while they were chatting. A lot of empty seats but we still waited 20 to 30mins. Food was good. Not the way I wanted to begreeted. Read more
Food was great and service was on point. I reduced the number of stars because the bathroom wasn't usable. It was trashed and 2... of the 3 stalls were locked. I know it was close to closing time, but it had obviously been awhile since anyone had been inthere to attend it. It was dirty last visit, but I chalked that up to a one time situation, but after a second visit within theweek and it was still bad - they clearly don't maintain it. Read more
Overall was really good. The service was okay. I like the convenience of paying at the kiosk at the table. During weekends,... try to plan in advance because waits are longer to get a table. Read more
Food was pretty good this visit. I'm usually not too impressed. Quality and freshness was good.

Food was tasty and fresh. Since we happened to go during lunch time and on workday, i had the navhoz, soda and that yummy big... pasta for just 10$. The mix bowl war only 8$ . We had a new server.There was a disconnect from order taker and server. Partial order served then after request the remainder... was served...they did bring the child meal quickly which was good. ex: we ordered the queso dip..they only broyght chips nsalsa..20 min later after asking they brouht the queso..but they refilled the chips so it was all fine.
