My original review below is from a couple of months ago. Unfortunately things have gone downhill quite a bit since then. Our... last few orders were late but this last one was over 30 minutes past the time window. We order online and pick up in store. WhenI first arrived they hadn't even started on the pizzas and it was already passed the time promised. When the pizzas were finallyready there were two others in line with the exact same issue, over a 30 minute delay from the latest time promised. The guy infront of my was given a 2 liter soda for his wait. I was offered nothing, not even an apology. Plus, when we got the pizzas homeand cracked open the cheesy bread it was the jalapeno style one, not the regular one we ordered. I highly doubt we'll order hereagain. Very disappointing. Order somewhere else. This isn't worth it. We're really loving Dominos. They have a really gooddough that they bake up quite nicely. The hand-tossed isn't too doughy or too thin and crackery. The flavor is wonderful. Theirgarlic parmesan sauce is delightful. We've never had a problem here. Our pizzas are always what we ordered, hot and tasty. Read more
Old lady is the worst employee I've ever seen or talked to in my whole life. 2 hour late delivery I ended up carrying out... because they couldn't find an address on the corner of leavesly and Monterey rd. It's a 10 min drive. On top of that she made mewait 30 min to pick up my cold pizza before the pizza driver brought it all the way back to the store. I had to call Morganhill to find out where my pizza was. And at the end of the day my pizza was cold and my friends and I went hungry. Read more
I was surprised at just how much I liked this pizza. The dough was really good adding a great flavor and was cooked to... perfection. Browned just right without burning. The price is great to. One of the few places my whole family agree on. Read more
i do have to say, not only do i always get my orders quick, but they go the extra mile for me to add extra sauce or a few extra... jalapenos when i order. definitley one of the best dominos in california Read more
We called about about our pizza, The lady said our pizza was done 30 minutes ago. But the delivery driver left 20 minutes ago.... Hasn't come back and will be another 20 minutes. Until he picks up our pizza to deliver. Our pizza was literally done when thedriver left. Didn't want to take it for delivery. Should have listened to the other reviews and ordered somewhere else. Ohwell. Live and learn. Now it's to late for delivery and they said we need to pick our pizza up or no refund. Just like otherreviews getting scammed out of money and time. We should have known better. At least we are only out $40. Read more
Me and my wife like to order the hand made pan, sometimes it?s good and there?s times that it?s not as good, but this last time... it was the nastiest!!! Who ever prepared my pizza prepared garbage,I got a soggy hand made pizza with extra sauce and a fewstrands of cheese ,my pizza didn?t taste fresh today ,and we were to tired to call and wait another hour,who ever is cooking thefood is messing up pizzas , when we the customers order food we?re expecting quality , we inspect our food , don?t think wedon?t take notice dominoes!!!get it together or you?ll lose loyal customers! Updated August 7, 2021 - the new management and owners are hands on and have improved customer service. They got rid of all the... lazy laggards with bad attitudes. Service is awesome and better organized. Pizza always tasted great. Love the crust and tomatoinspired marinara sauce with perfectly blended herbs and spices. All pizzas are delicious. Meatzza Lovers, Pepperoni, allcheese, veggie are my favorites. Sandwiches are okay - they are always dry and overbaked. The staff needs to improve thesandwich quality. Buffalo chicken is also always dry and over cooked. I have mixed feelings about the customer service atDomino's Pizza. Online ordering I utilize the online tools which are suppose to send text reminders. I have order countlesstimes online and never ever receive text confirmations. Online tool In parallel, I have utilized the online tool that sharesthe process. Pizza is in over by employee xxx. The tool never advances to the next step. Employees The employees passion orgood customer service is always hit and miss. I would share that 2 our of every 10 visits, customer service is great. Rest oftimen the employees lack passion for their jobs. Some even have bad attitudes, especially the young inexperienced ones. Pizzais rarlely ontime I order pizza online and the online tools states, pizza will be ready between xx and yy time - usually within30 minutes; however, pizza wait times is usually 1 hour of more. I truly love Domino's Pizza taste; however, their employeeslack of pride and passion will soon make me rethink about ever ordering from this shop. Read more
They are consistently late in preparing their orders. The first couple times I let it slide thinking it was a one of and didn?t... want to write a bad review but the employees working there deserve it.
