It never fails every time I go to any El pollo loco they don't give me my order to me complete, ALWAYS they forget something at... several locations now. This time was the avocado salad that was part of the 8 pcs family feast with mashed potatoes w/ gravyand coleslaw. I live about 30 minutes away from this Gilroy location, It wasn't noticed til I made it all the way home and satdown to eat with the wife that I noticed. I called the store number twice at @547pm, @548pm and got no answer ???? I should'veknown better than to trust it was all there from experience. Decent food for what it was. Read more

The food was delicious! Chicken roasted over fire, delicious! The restaurant was clean and l loved how it was decorated. It is... essentially fast food but healthy fast food! The cashier was super nice but one of the servers was actually quite rude. Myhusband is Deaf and we appreciated the cashiers efforts to help us but the other gal was simply not very nice!
