It never fails every time I go to any El pollo loco they don't give me my order to me complete, ALWAYS they forget something at... several locations now. This time was the avocado salad that was part of the 8 pcs family feast with mashed potatoes w/ gravyand coleslaw. I live about 30 minutes away from this Gilroy location, It wasn't noticed til I made it all the way home and satdown to eat with the wife that I noticed. I called the store number twice at @547pm, @548pm and got no answer ???? I should'veknown better than to trust it was all there from experience. Decent food for what it was. Read more

First of all, let me share that I love pollo loco, love their tostadas. BUT honestly it's really dirty in there. It's not as... clean and the last time I had their food, I got a stomach bug. I wouldnt go to this location again lol Read more

This one is conveniently located just off the 101 in Gilroy. It was clean and neat inside with ample parking. Service was fast... and friendly and the food was fresh. It was the only location ive been where they were playing Mexican music. It was aninteresting change, but appropriate! I would definitely stop here again. Read more
I Love El Pollo Loco, but this particular place wasn?t a good experience too many flies inside the restaurant the dining room... was a total mess with tables dirty floors dirty and mold on the equipment. Food was very good. Read more
The food was delicious! Chicken roasted over fire, delicious! The restaurant was clean and l loved how it was decorated. It is... essentially fast food but healthy fast food! The cashier was super nice but one of the servers was actually quite rude. Myhusband is Deaf and we appreciated the cashiers efforts to help us but the other gal was simply not very nice! I wish I hadgotten her name! We will go back and give it another try, maybe she was having a bad day?the food was so worth it! Read more
