We LOVE Mountain Mike's! That said they have just lost my family as customers. We live in southern CA. Yes there are Mike's in... orange county and we've gone there. But we really love the Gilroy Mike's and whenever we come north we stop in. This time Iphoned in the order but there's a coupon that is only applied by online ordering. So I online ordered but it didn't take my oneitem. So I phoned in and was told there's an ADDITIONAL CHARGE BECAUSE CHEESE IS COUNTED AS ONE ITEM. That's the kind ofshenanigans other pizza places that shall remain nameless do. And I don't frequent them anymore. So, sorry Mountain Mike's. Mountain Mike?s hosted a fundraiser for our children?s school last night, with 25% of profits being donated. I love when... restaurants give back to the community. I am a fan of Mountain Mike?s pizza and my kids are too. We recently made the switchfrom another well know pizza chain to Mountain Mike?s. My kid?s love MM?s sauce because it is milder than some of the otherpizza joints out there. I was presently surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Don?t waste your money or your time on this pizza shop! I ordered delivery over the phone around 4:30 pm 3 garlic cheese bread... for my children. She asked which sauce I said marinara and also 2 extra. She confirmed 5 marinara. The order arrived cold barelyany cheese on the cheese sticks. And 4 ranch and 3 marinara. The driver showed me the receipt it said I paid for the extramarinara but it wasn?t there and he still required to take the money for it. I called and they put me on hold for 35 min then Icalled back 3 times and they put me on hold obviously they have caller Id so they avoided even caring about the mistakes.Terribly rude employees that can?t deliver a correct warm order.
