This is an amazing place to sit and be served, pick up or take out your sushi. The atmosphere is fun and lively and the servers... are adorable and super helpful. I have been going her for years. The owners have always been nice but not so great to employees which is why they have a major... overturn when it comes to wait staff. The constant change in employees means the new staff never know what is going on and arenot trained at all. Tonight, I placed a phone order for myself and my kids. Same order we always get. They have my phone numbersaved and I?m assuming previous order history so it is weird that tonight they made so many mistakes. I would say I used toenjoy ninja sushi until I learned about how the owners treat their employees AND until I spent my own hard earned money for foodI never received. When I called back to ask why the food was wrong. The 16 year old employee laughed it off and was just like?oh well.? Despite me paying a tremendous amount for the wrong items. Excellent sushi! Came here after Gilroy Gardens and was supposed the food was so good! The sashimi melts in your mouth!
Food is mediocre at best. Ginger appears to be moldy, not sure why black spots are all over it. Waited over 25 minutes after... order was taken for food to arrive. Spider roll looked like an actual spider attempted to make the sushi. Tekka maki wasabhorrent, stiff as a board and tuna was a sliver of black fish. Hamachi seemed fresh so add a star. Server was friendly,however the establishment she is working for needs a complete overhaul. Do not recommend unless you wholeheartedly don?t careabout quality. Read more
This place is awesome! Service is great, the hurricane rolls are delicious (and not that spicy). Shrimp tempura is really big... and delicious, gyoza and miso soup are really good too. Read more
I?ve been here many times and missed eating here immensely! They check your temperature upon arrival and get your name and... number in case of a Covid exposure which is so considerate and greatly appreciated. We started with some tea because it waschilly and we left our sweaters at home. We ordered the tempura combo, which comes with vegetables and 2 shrimps, and thestuffed jalapeños. Both were delicious! We almost always get the tempura combo but it was our first time trying the jalapeñosand they did not disappoint! They were meaty and cheesy! Our server did say they can be spicier or more mild on some days, so beaware that you might now be getting the spicy or mild jalapeños you?re hoping for. I enjoy mine either way, thank goodness. Ourstars of the night were the Snow Mountain and the Golden State Warrior. I didn?t realize there was macadamia nuts in the SnowMountain and it was such a nice surprise! It has a lot of fish on top and everything comes together so perfectly! The GoldenState Warrior has mango in it and I believe some jalapeño, I only had a couple bites of this one but it was so tasty!! 3 Stars is my personal taste this place is very popular the sushi's pretty decent it's not fan-freaking-tastic. Service was... friendly and professional, the server did forget my saki I ordered after Appetizer but she remembered rather late and comped it.good job. I wish I could give 4 stars but there are just too many tiers between decent and excellent sushi. If you preferslightly better quality food and a more traditional ambiance try 10 Japan near the Dollar Tree, But it is hard to go wrong here. Read more
