Fun, quick place for a tasting. Great variety of selection, reds, whites, and flavored champagne. We tried the almond and it was... surprisingly a fresh flavor. Beautiful copper bar too. The decor was bright and welcoming vs others that are kinda dark andfeel a little crowded. Parking lot a little small but very easy in and out. Read more

5/17/18 I've now done several tastings at Rapazzini. It's a fun little stop right on the side of the highway coming back from... Monterey. Definitely check out the almond champagne. It is outstanding. The garlic wine is notably unique, but not somethingI'd go home with a bottle of; and I usually leave with a bottle in each hand from here (and you can do that for under $40!!).They have very friendly service and you might even see a cute fluffy dog inside. If you stop at the garlic place next door, they'll give you a coupon for free tasting with your purchase! Read more

The manager/owner was a bit of a downer. Cursing and moping about the tasting room. At times it became uncomfortable. The wine... was down the middle. Some hit and some miss. The garlic wine is definitely something to experience, I didn't say love, but youshould try it at least once in your life. Read more

Edit: I finally got around to opening a bottle of Rockin' Rott Red that we bought about a year ago. The cork broke into the... bottle and was impossible to get out. The cork left tiny bits in the bottle. I called Rapazzini the next day and told the workermy issue and he admitted that they had used some bad corks. I asked if I could get a replacement bottle and he said he wouldhave to check with the manager who would be in later in the day. I never received a call. As I am disappointed in this lack ofcustomer service I must downgrade my previous rating. Shame. We have visited Rapazzini multiple times and have never beendisappointed. They make many varieties of wines and most of them are very good. I especially recommend their Almond champagneand the Rockin' Rott Red blend. Read more

We had the pleasure of being waited on by Delores, and what a beautiful lady she is!! Sweet as honey and tough as nails, never... having served wine there she jumped in to help the owners that had a family emergency on a busy holiday weekend! It was crazybusy with several difficult patrons, but Delores gave us an amazing experience, and topped it with delicious wines! We eventried and bought the garlic wine. It is not like anything I have ever tried. We got the white drinking style and look forward toparing it with an Italian dinner. We will definitely return..And hope to be blessed by Miss Delores' presence, usually found inthe fruit stand. :) *Second visit we met Alex the owner.. interesting, yet nice guy. An aquired taste perhaps, lol. We enjoyedour visit again though, and look forward to returning. Read more

I don't know what these one-star reviewers are talking about. The wine was delicious. We had a great experience with good... service. It was a quirky place with a country store feeling. The guy behind the bar had excellent cooking suggestions. We boughta few bottles and are planning on buying more online when we are back home! Read more

I was there on the first week of October, and I think it was the owner. he was super nice as I did some wine tasting, he did... such a good job letting me taste the wine, explained everything. Couldn't of asked for a more professional and good humorperson! I would definitely recommend! Even the big ol' dog was great. Read more

Wineries without character are like wines without body...and Rapazzini hands down has the best character and bodied wine I've... had in a long time. The owner can be a bit abrasive but don't let that scare you away from trying all their wines, including thegarlic wine...which was surprisingly good. Give Rapazzini's a chance and be open minded to its overall environment! :) Also ascompletely side note to the couple we met there, we wished we would have asked for your numbers. We need friends.
