Worst customer service Ever! Put online order in to be ready for picked up today at 5:20pm got there at that time nothing was... ready. The guy was outside taking the trash, as I walked in he walked in. At this point I thought he was going to help assistme. No he totally ignored me turn to the oven to take out the bread. Took the bread to the back as he was walking to the back hegets a call. Answers his call. A lady finally walked out from the back and asks what can she help me with tell her I had anonline order to be picked up. Looks at me all surprised heads over to see the pick up station nothing to be found heads over tolook up my order and prints it out. Stated I'll get it ready. Told her no need to to just cancel it. She smirks and says okayI'll cancel it like she didn't even want to take care of my order since the beginning. Asked if I was going to get refundedstated I was going to receive an email confirmation stating so. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have everencountered! Read more
Subway is that old standby when I'm on the road, especially like the chocolate chip cookies!
Clean, served so fast. The bread very fresh. I even got smiles. I'd definitely stop here again.
We went a month or so ago and a nice young woman help us and the order was perfect. We also got the military discount that many... Subways offer. Today we went and they said they don?t do the discount and then they got our orders wrong. Not sure if they?reunder different ownership but we were not impressed and will likely not return. Read more
We love coming here for our freshly made sandwiches by Imelda. She is SUPER friendly, always professional, greets us as we enter... and makes us feel valued. Always thanks us for coming. This location is generally clean and fast. Workers are nice and helpful. Have had issues using the drive thru though. They need... to replace their old speaker box and I recently ordered a veggie patty sandwich and ended up with a veggie sandwich, probablydue to the failing speakers. Read more
Wow. Maybe the best subway I've been too!! Great customer service and nice. And they made my flat bread sandwich great. Usually... at any other subways they make my sandwich just sloppy. Not this one! Thank you for doing a great job here. Read more
