Always have the worst pickup experience here. Even if your order is ready for pickup, they won?t even acknowledge you if there... is a line and will make you wait til everyone else gets their food made. What?s the point of placing a pickup order if you stillhave to wait for the line? Today they even helped the baskin robbins customers that walked in AFTER me before handing my orderthat was all bagged up and ready to go. Something that should take only 1min took me 15min on my 30min lunch break. The worstlocation, I would rather go across town to the other togos than go to this one ever again! Read more
I feel like i wrote a review a few years ago for this Togo's but it doesn't seem to be listed. But the score hasn't changed.... It's a sandwich shop, not the White House cafeteria but it seems like they could maybe, just maybe take a little pride in theirwork. It's Monday mid-afternoon, the crowds aren't beating down the door, there's no line wrapped around the block; knowingthat you'd think you could order a sandwich online and when it's supposed to be ready it would be ready. Oh and paid for it,don't forget we already paid and tipped on the notion that things would be ready. But here i stand 10+ minutes after the "willbe ready" time, me and the 2 "sandwich artists" as they just now begin the order. Looking forward to the day they decide toautomate. Read more

This place is okay. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly but the food was hit or miss. My boyfriend got the... Turkey Bistro on a pretzel bun and it was fantastic. I got the chicken salad and it was the most bland chicken salad I?ve everhad. There was also more lettuce than chicken salad on the darn thing, which didn?t help. Read more
My Mediterranean chicken wrap was fine, but as others have mentioned service was very slow. There were two staff, and only one... couple ahead of me, and I think it took at least 15 minutes to get my order. Things were moving so slow I was close to leavingto find a different option.
