Not the Togos that we normally enjoy! The older gentleman didn?t have any gloves on while working at the register and then... loaded our sandwiches in the wrappers. Ugh. The moth-ball smell was off the hook, which took away the generally pleasant smellof fresh bread. My wrap wasn?t made correctly and my sons sandwich was covered in pepper. Ugh. Ordered a #33 which was to have 3 meats and an just. Got home and the sandwich only had 2 meats and no au just. I tried calling... to advise that I didn't get what I ordered but no one answered phone and then was advised that phone message was full and couldnot take my message. This is the 2nd time they gave me a wrong sandwich. Just frustrated. Read more

I mistakenly contacted this Togo's location last Friday instead of the one I usually go to on Camino Arroyo to place an order... for pick-up. When I arrived at the Camino Arroyo location I realized I made the mistake when they told me I didn't have anorder in. So, I contacted this location on 1st street to cancel the order. I spoke to a woman who said the order was alreadymade. I told her I couldn't make it to that location. Before I could say anything else she hung up on me. Since I made themistake I was going to pay for that order too, but she didn't give me the opportunity. When I called back to ask for the managerthe same woman picked up the phone and pretended she didn't recall talking to me 10 minutes before I called back. When I toldher she hung up on me she said she didn't know what I was talking about. After a few more words were exchanged she claimed Ihung up on her...this is after she said she wasn't the one who spoke to me. All this time I was speaking to the manager of thisstore who acted unprofessionally. This is why I stopped going to this location years ago, they're rude and unprofessional andthey surely don't have a model of leadership in their manager. Read more

Food is fine. Its what you would expect from a Togos. But I would not recommend for catering services. We had to ask for... napkins, forks and knives. And they didn't have any plates, where the website said all of that was included. In addition, theymessed up the order and none of the sandwiches in the party tray were made up "Togos-Style". Every sandwich was plain and theproduce, mustard and mayo had to be added to each sandwich. This was difficult to do without plates. Again, the food is fine. But would not recommend for catering. I have given up on this location long ago. I had written a review a while back back I think it must have been deleted. If you... happen upon this location turn back because I've probably had about 2/10 good experiences here. The owner is very rude to hisemployees and keeps them from doing their job efficiently. I once saw him berate one young man in front of customers! Everytimewe go the line is SO SLOW. I get it... I've worked at Subway before and it takes a bit of time to make you meal just right butthis Togo's pushes. I've seen myself and other people leave the lines. Now for those reasons and others (I won't bother gettinginto since my deleted review went over the professionalism at this location) I have stopped going to this Togo's. Now myboyfriend on the other hand LOVES Togo's sandwiches so he has been more patient than I and keeps going and hoping it'll bebetter next time. This time was the last straw for him. He ordered online (as he has the last few times because the lines andservice are poor) and when got there the doors were locked. He knocked on the door asking them to open because he had an onlineorder. Without bothering to hear what he says they shoo him off saying they are closed. He tries again because he had alreadypaid for the sandwich but they bother with him and keep shooing him off saying they are closed. He gets in his car and as he ispulling out the employee opens the door to leave and lock up. It is 6:57PM at this point (they close at 7PM). He gets theattention of the employee and mentions "Hey I ordered online and already paid what should I do?" That's when they said "Oh yoursandwich is right here". WHAT. If you had a sandwich waiting why didn't they bother to open the door??! Why were they alreadyleaving the premises at 6:57PM?
