They can't count gave me 3 medium fries but not my 2 small n my chz burger was ordered with no mustard of course mustard is on... it when you call them the manager was rude wouldn't give me his name to call corporate. Terrible service and food was cold aswell. Read more

Probably consistently the worst fast food in N.E. Ohio . I have tried to eat here numerous times but every shift aside from... breakfast is absolutely horrible. The food is always cold not a single bit of it fresh. 3 adults and 2 toddlers $26 dollars andso bad we couldnt finish it. This is the last time for me though . Save yourself the disappointment. I go here for breakfast quite a bit. Peggy on drive thru is absolutely amazing! She is a very hard worker and always greets me... with a smile. Going through quite a few losses this past week I lost my smile and she gave me hers. I greatly needed that andappreciate it so very much ???? This burger king consistently has old food. The the fries go past their time to be thrown out I swear they drop them back in the... grease for 30 seconds. The chicken every time I've gotten it is old. Hard on the outsides and dry. They don't abide by any ofthe policies on food production, makes me wonder what else they ignore with food safety. Who ever runs this store needs to befired and someone who actually cares needs to turn the place around. Read more
