I don't like Dunkin but my clients love you guys, so I'm there often and that's why you get 5 stars. But personally, the coffee... is just bad. Had the coffee multiple times at different locations. It's terrible. Read more

This Girard location is horrible in the mornings and early day. Went in today to try again sin e it is right down the street... from my house... welp did not seem like anyone on counter and making coffees knew what they were doing. My total was $3.19 Igave the girl $5.25 and she sat there and just kept hitting all kinds of buttons on the computer and she looked confused and theother lady seemed confused as well. The lady I front of me had both employees trying to work one computer. I've lived in sameplace for 3 years and use to come to this dunkin at least 3 times a week but I had to stop thus location because I would bestuck inside for at least 15 to 20 mins and many times barely made it to work on time, 12 min drive.the only time it's decent tocome in is the evening when the older lady works. I guess I'm going to have to stay away from this one again. I wish it was notthis way because it is like a 1 min drive. The Dunkin in McKinley Heights is always busy in the drive thu as well but when I goinside they are quick. Read more
