Actually, this is sad for me because my husband and I frequently visit this place. It was an extremely busy day and I understand... that, however we walked in and no one even said hello, ill be with you shortly, take a seat or anything. I watched a group offour leave before us, because they hadn't been acknowledged either. I also in this time watched a man who wanted to pay, go backand leave his whole check on the table because no one acknowledged him to get his payment. A few minutes later, 2 younggentleman came in and basically forced them to clean a place at the counter. Guess what, they acknowledged them and took theirorder. While my husband and I sat and watched several servers look right at us, not attempt to clear any table that left oranything. My husband finally had enough after 45 minutes and said something and guess what...the manager got an attitude.Instead of trying to find out exactly what happened, she said basically screw you we are busy and that's the best I can do. Iunderstand being busy, but I also understand being nice. We left..but it's really sad because the food there is usually verygood and most of the waitresses are kind. Five years ago, on this date 9/16... My fiance and I met and we disappeared to this waffle house! So, we decided to go back to... the same place where we fell in love! The service was excellent, we just love the environment/atmosphere there. People waslaughing, nothing but smiles... Keep it up y'all!!! We'll see you all again in 5 more wonderful years!! This was a wonderful place to dine. The place is neat and clean, the male door greeter held the door open, he was dress... meticulously. Our waitress Cheryl was friendly and quick to fix anything about our order. Most importantly the food was freshand the cheese eggs were really good. We order the steak, eggs and grits plate with toast, juice and coffee. I will definitelybe back for those grits!! Read more
First, I believe it is difficult to mess up breakfast food, but they managed it. The service was very good, but the food did not... taste well and was not prepared properly. The food itself was a 1 star, but service a 5 star. I had to send my eggs back theywere very uncooked. I got them back and they were still not properly cooked to over hard. Read more
Even with the general negative stigma of the brand I have yet to find a waffle house that has any bad food or service. The food... is good and cheep. Now that being said don't expect high class dinning. They are good food and quick and that is good. Read more
Our waitress was great Zoe! Expect they have her doing everything while they yell at her! She is only ONE PERSON! I don?t... understand why everyone else was rude ! Zoe did awesome. Girl your only one person! Nobody cares about you but YOU! You deservebetter then waffle house! Read more
Waffle House is always delicious. Call me crazy but this was the first time I had a waffle at the Waffle House. I know.. anyway,... the blueberry was amazing. This is one of the only places the kids always eat all of their food. So fast and so good. Read more
