They have no signs there I did not know where the hell to order most if not all other places have a sign hanging from the roof... or something on the floor but here nope I went to one area where there was someone and then the cashier walked away by the timeI realised where to order there was a mile long line up 0/10 do not recommend there's a Tim's just up the street leave theparking lot then turn right then lief keep going and you'll see it not much of a drive and alot better of a Tim's there Read more
I went to get coffee, and I understand that they are only drive thru at this moment. But what about people who want to take away... the coffee?? They told me that they can't serve me because I don't have a car. Really? You guys want me to go buy a car first toget a coffee? Should I go buy a 30000 Dollar car to get a 2 Dollar coffee now?? This was the worst experience ever. I neverexpected that from any Tim Hortons. On the other hand, the Tim Hortons in Sydney serve to everyone who just walk by for a coffeeand don't ask them to buy a car. Read more
Went for a drive with my parents to get some hot drinks for our drive. My father wanted to try a cappuccino since I had... recommended it and I have had it at other locations and wanted him to try it. The person at the drive through window did notknow what a cappuccino was and asked him if he meant a latte? then asked if he meant a cold drink? (I wish I was kidding) afterexplaining what it was to someone who works at a coffee shop we said never mind and ordered a coffee. Once up to the windowanother person gave us our drinks and my father asked why they didn't know what a cappuccino was and this person also did notknow and could not make it for us nor did he even try to make one just said "Sorry, I don't know what that is" passed us ourcoffee's and left to take another order. It was so rude I was shocked. I am not one to write a review but this service was sopoor. Are they getting trained? Sad to see, I hope they can improve. Read more
Very poor service and coffee made wrong like always. Not surprised I don't know why I continue to give them my service. Never... new listening to someone give you there order could be so difficult. Take pride in your job and do it correctly or go worksomewhere else. Read more
Card was slightly bent and still usable. Drive the wouldn't even scan it was forces to go inside and was late for work as a... result. Every time I go through membertou Tim Hortons I always have issues. Stale donuts or poorly made coffee. Terrible Read more
