Yeah don't come here unless you're white. I walked in, the guy making the sandwiches just stares me down as if I did something... wrong. Then continues to flirt with the white customer in front of me with her three kids. Then tells me "I'll be right back"and he never came back out. The manager of the gas station told him he had a customer up front and still didn't come out. Atthat point I REALLY didn't want him handling my food. Worst Subway ever! ! There were two customers in front of me, both waiting for their online orders, and each of them had two... sandwiches, and I waited about 30-35 minutes for it. The employee kept complaining about his work to the guests, not busy withthe work at hand, just complaining. When it came to me, he started complaining to the customers behind me again. Found a bug baked into my bread. My bread was also very very stale. I got a tuna sub and it tasted very different from the one... that we have in MD. The new oil was good though. Read more
Staff was very quickly attentive and courteous. The resturant area was clean and the sandwitch center appeared to be clean and... well kept. The food was good, and pricing was about the same as any other Subway. Read more
02-19-2021 This Subway strikes again . I placed a mobile order for a spicy Italian wrap and one Steak and Cheese sub. I drove... out and picked up my order and went home. ISSUE the ordered sub was a Steak and Cheese (not a spicy Italian) and my Steak andCheese sub was bare with none of the ingredients requested. After contacting the store they refused a refund unless I returnedto the store to "prove it was incorrect". I noticed it was new staff working at this location and had high hopes it hadimproved. Undoubtedly the management has not changed and previous issues continue to happen. This Location needs new Managementcustomer service, quality control, and training of the staff needs major improvement. If you want Subway head up to Exit 35 inChilhowie or Exit 24 in Meadowview. The morning shift is great but if you order of the evening specifically using the app yourorder is never prepared on time. I have ordered multiple time using the app. The problem is when I come in to pick up my orderthe restaurant is empty and both employees are in the back while my order is sitting at the start of the line. Once I ordered asteak wrap and it was prepared on time but when I got back to work they had not put steak on it just vegetables andsauce. 9-7-19 Review Update-ordered a wrap online the app said order to be ready at 6:05 pm. When I arrived at 6:15 pm theemployees told me they were closed and had not prepared my food. Very clean excellent staff not constantly polluted with white Dodge chargers... Even when one is doing nothing wrong other... subways AKA exit 19 being surrounded by local law enforcement is simply annoying. For example I had to replace a spark plug andan impromptu BMW repair... HORRIBLE! I ordered on doordash and it took them over an hour to prepare my sub when it wasn't complicated (bacon, egg sub no... cheese with only tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper), after about another hour of waiting it showed up looking off (Iused to work at a subway and they never looked this scrunched up) the egg was soggy and the sub honestly tasted a bit old.
