Saturday I waited 15 minutes on a fresh biscuit. The biscuit was not fresh it was reheated and very hard and chicken was... extremely burnt. Sad that no one wants to work anymore. The 2 people on did an awesome job doing the best they can with no help. We went on... 6/30/22 at 545 pm. Food was hot service was excellent the cashier kept apologizing for taking so long which wasn?t long atall..Hardee?s need to recognize these 2 young people for an outstanding job doing the best they can considering they were theonly two there..thank you?.. people need to be more understanding if the wait is a little longer than they think it should be.. When this location1st opened it was very nice and good...but now the hours are NOT the 24 hours advertised ..Opens st 6 a.m. and... they arent prepared at all . And all the workers nearby alot have to be AT WORK AT 6 so they are losing early a.m. breakfast .Drive thru is horrendous , I was 4th car in line for breakfast and they said breakfast over and there was 5 minutes to spare andI told then I waited over 40 min in line! LOVES needs to look into this before they end up losing all business! in line forover 40 minutes, and they refused to serve me ...food isnt good because it's usually luke warm to cool, and they just opened at6 am !! I rarely do fast food. I stopped at a Love's/Hardee's in OK and the food was pretty good. Gave this Hardee's a try today and... was disappointed. I think the chicken breast should have been grilled at a higher temperature, the bacon was undercooked and Irequested well done. The cheeseburger was stone cold, yuck. The bright spot was the cashier. She was nice and with a sweetsmile. Read more
