It is so sad to see how bad how Ziggy?s has become. It used to be so good. Pizza over cooked, tasted like cardboard, barely any... toppings, no sauce and made incorrectly. Salad had brown lettuce and dressing was incorrect. When I called to have themcorrect, I spoke with Travis, he provided me with zero solutions. He called the owner, Dennis, and was told I will have to waituntil tomorrow to speak to manager because he was now on vacation. That is odd because he was there before I left 15 minutesprior. I would have loved if they could have delivered the correct order to me but that was not given as an option. I will nowwait til tomorrow in hopes that the they will fix. It is so sad. Read more

Fantastic, undeniablely the best sandwich in the area. I had a pizza sub. was like a pizza sandwich fabulus

Sub was fresh, bread was excellent. Definitely I'll go back for more. They do have a turkey sub that is not on their menu.

If I could give it a zero I would. We ordered for dine in the cheesecake pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. Both came out pretty... quick. The pizza had no flavor. It lacked seasonings. The wings were just ok but should?ve known something was up as they cameout fast. 2 hrs later, my whole family had stomach problems and diarrhea/food poisoning. I called to speak to the owner and shehad zero concern. I would?ve thought that she would have sympathy at the least. She kept saying that people don?t get foodpoisoning in a ?half hour? which I have no idea where she came up with that number. She told me to call the next morning so shecould see if it was truly her food that caused it. Really??? What does me calling the next day confirm for you? Placed order 40 min ago - husband got there 15 min ago. No one could find our pizza order. Tried to tell them to look under... Phone # - she did not understand English and said to call back later. Counter people had combo IQ of 10 and could not helpHusband. Person on phone had even lower IQ. Kept saying to call back later. No help finding order. No help getting manager onsite to pick up phone. No help - PERIOD. Someone finally found order (after 15 min in store). I put order under Husband's name -(spelled it out 3 times - SLOWLY). His name is Dave and I spelled DAVE to them. They put it under JAY something. Hope the pizzais edible - otherwise this is a store that needs to be closed!!! For now they get a customer service score of ZERO!!! Found! We are moving to Elizabethton... Have been eating pizza all around and after a year discovered Jiggy Ray's!!! HOW have we... missed this?! A very easy-going, beer and pie place. The dough is thin and delicious on its own...We had sausage on cheese. Themeat was great texture and perfect flavoring with just enough caraway... And the cheese: perfectly abundant... Maybe somemuenster??? The flavor and chew was delicious! The sauce too-- just about sweet to our palettes! We met one of the owners---super friendly man nicknamed 'Bull'... And had really attentive care by our waitress Kaitlyn and Teshawna (spelling). Bottledbeer options offer something for everyone. Okay let me first say I love this place been eating from here for years but my last couple of orders weren't were it was at. I... order my usually Oriental Chicken Salad now mind you my last couple of orders were missing things that I wanted small thing'sbut no big deal but this order was simply garbage & I mean that literally. Over half of the salad was brown. I might understanda lil brown but half is unacceptable. Look I order from you guys alot & at the cost & what I pay if you all were running out ofsalad mix or it was looking bad than it should not have been sent my way at all. I love you guys everyone is always nice & thefood is good but DAMN you all have got to do better...FOR REAL!!!
