D&M subs has the best sandwich you can get for your money
I have loved D and M subs since childhood. I live in Wisconsin now, and when I go back to visit, this is one of my first stops. ... I have 3 very picky eaters who love them, as well. They always ask for Mimi and Papa to bring them one when they visit. Theowners are AMAZING!!! For anyone upset, mistakes are made everywhere. I have never experienced this, but I know the staff wouldbe more than happy to fix anything. They are always so friendly jo matter which of the three locations I order from. This is amust eat sub!!!! Just went there today, an we asked no lettuce tomatoes an onions on all the subs. Get home, an they have everything on them!!... And then some... Called back to complain.. and the people were very rude!!! Will not go back to them.. this happened at theGladstone location. The subs have always been great. More than enough food. The past 4 times I have been at the location in Danforth, I have had... terrible customer service. No greetings, not even a smile, the employees complained about the time we entered the door at 645even though they close at 7 and no thank yous.. The one girl complained about her pay and lack of tips the entire time I wasthere. Being a business owner, I would expect a heck of a lot more out of my employees. Read more

D & M Subs personnel create real subs that taste like the that were made when subs first came to the Midwest from New York City... in the 60's. D & M's subs are so superior to the bastardized abominations produced by employees who are focused on how much timeis left to the end of their shift. D & M employees focus on great food and great service. I can wholeheartedly recommend therestaurant and their employees. Unfortunately it's a three hour drive from my home to Gladstone, MI so I don't get the subsandwiches that remind me of Suburbia in Milwaukee in the 60's as often as I would like. Read more
