Everytime I am at this location their app will not work. They keep saying they have poor wi-fi and cannot honor app coupons.... Another gentlemen said he thinks they turn it off so as not to honor app coupons. As soon as I drove away from location I couldbring up other location app. Read more
Much older employee (Bald except on sides, wears glasses, moustache, age between late 40's and early 60's, possibly manager?)... was incredibly rude & unprofessional and clearly doesn't enjoy working there at all. Witnessed him being very mean torwardsmultiple customers who simply wanted to place an order. Didn't communicate well with his team members either; noticed he wouldeither ignore his crew or respond negatively when he was asked to help out or even assist in doing the most simple of tasks. I usually go to the BK on Parvin cuz I live over there but I was in Gladstone so I stopped at the this location. The food was... really good and fresh also the boy with green hair, pretty sure his name is Joseph...was very polite and helpful even went asfar as trying to help me save money on my order because I have a big family and usually I always spend at least 40 to 50 dollarsat fast food places so I really appreciated that! Had a great experience tonight on a late night food run! Joseph (with the green hair) was super professional & courteous from... the order taking at the speaker until the time we pulled off. In a time where restaurants are understaffed and workers seem tobe taking it out on the customers that was not my experience tonight! I mentioned it to the shift manager but wanted to posthere too! Decided to try the newly renovated Burger King, and it did not disappointed. The building looks great, and they seem to have a... better trained staff now. Although they were a little slow on the front line. We stood there for at least 4 minutes beforeanyone came to wait on us. And they were not busy. The tacos were very good, I was surprised. Read more
Went through the drive through and was told it would be 30 minutes until they could help me. When I asked for an explanation,... the employee would not give me one. The owner of this establishment needs to step in and do something. Literally worst employeesyou could possibly have. Read more
