This is the worst Dunkin? out there. Nobody there seems to know how to read an order. They burn or forget half your order every... time. They can?t make drinks correctly. Must be the hardest job in the world since nobody can do it correctly. The last 6 timeswe?ve gone there or ordered food from there the order had been 75% incorrect or burnt. Waste of time and money. I don't understand how I can't give zero stars. Ordered from here over the weekend through the mobile app, which immediately... charged my card. Went to pick up and they were out of pretty much everything. They told me they couldn't give me my money backsince I paid through the app and didn't bring the card with me since it had already been charged. Told me to contact corporateoffice, who is not open on the weekends, and has yet to respond to the email that I sent. So still haven't gotten my money backand didn't get the product. I ordered inside due to long line in the drive thru and WOW did I regret that almost immediately, however I started preaching... faith to myself because we'll you know the flesh can be vicious at times. So I ordered at the counter where the young ladytaking my order must have also been on break because honey nothing came in between her and her bag of chips that she wasenjoying! Literally, her crunch was so loud and crunchy that I almost asked for one....LOL she had those chips sounding good Ialmost cancelled my order and went nextdoor to buy chips instead. ???? Anyways, so I eventually received my order but whilewaiting for my order I was watching her take other customers orders you know, just observing, passing time, and this girl tolda customer that HE COULDN'T READ Y'ALL! I guess he said one of their fancy shmancy specialty drinks WRONG. Like Macchiato....And he pronounced it like ( Ma-Chi-Toe ) or something like that but my bottom lip hit the floor y'all! I felt like I was beingpunked looking around like a nut waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out. Welp..... that never happened. Thankfully, my order wascalled within a couple seconds from her brilliant remark to that paying guest and I high tailed outta there y'all, the tires onmy car started SMOKIN AND FUNK'N so your girl right here???? won't return to DUNKIN'. All of the staff are great and worthy of much appraisal, but not as much as one particular team member, and that particular team... member's name is EJ. I frequent this store very often, and everytime I've visited I've witnessed EJ performing at his very best.Not only is he incredibly professional and very skilled at customer service, he is also a fantastic team member andcommunicates with his co-workers just as well. EJ provides a flawless example on how every team member should operate & performwhile at their workplace, and I worry that he might not be getting the recognition that he deserves. There are few people whotake their job as seriously as EJ does, and I will be seeing to it that his managers & higher-ups are aware of his fantasticperformance. (: Read more

Just off to a really bad morning. I ordered 25 munchkins for my fiance and I plus a breakfast sandwich, an individual donut and... a frozen chocolate. I got the frozen chocolate and the sandwich, but only got 9 munchkins in a 10 munchkin box (I thought I tooka picture before I ate the 2 I liked but apparently didn't so it only shows 7), and didn't get my extra donut. Would say 0 stars but not an option. My wife goes through the drive thru orders alot including 1 sugar free latte amoung 4 other... drinks and asks which one is the sugar free one because it wasnt labeled and the person it's for is diabetic pretty important toknow. Just for asking the question one of the employees calls her a b****. Absolutely infuriating never going back to thatlocation again miserable little children working there with no respect. Bought a coffee the other day and it was so bad I couldn't even drink it. I've tried their coffee several times now and it... always tastes old or burnt. Save the trip and cash, brew your own at home. Read more
