I stopped by KFC last evening for the two piece box dinner. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before Isaiah took my order. He... got mad at me when I told him I did not want the drink that comes with it. I had a full beverage. Did not ask what sides Iwanted. I got to the window he rattled off the price which I asked him to repeat. Which he did not like. Took my payment Ipractically had to open my car door to get my card back.. such a bad experience. This place is so nasty and the food.is just trash..even when you ask for hot fresh items you still get what was under the... heating lamp. Do not come.here. when you have to ask for napkins come on. This particular one is always subpar in service andthe quality of food. They.spend more time in the parking lot than attending to cooking good fresh food.for the customers. Just left Kentucky fried chicken on Antioch. Manager took my order in drive through. Charged me 13.00 for what the menu said... was under 9.00 ask for butter and honey none in the bag. I went inside and ask. She refused to give me butter and honey said itwas in my bag. Just stunned I couldn't get butter or honey. Service was not good today. Not sure why. Went through the drive thru and received my sodas with out ice and it was flat. You... know like it had been sitting around for a minute. In addition to that the lids were not secured on the sodas which caused twoto spill in my car!!! I told the employee at the drive through only to receive a blank stare. No apology nothing. I tried tocall the store twice phone but the phone gave a busy signal. Smh. Not good so that?s why I had to report this here. Ordered online. Waited about 10 minutes before someone walked up to the register to receive my order that should've been fully... prepared 10 minutes prior. Once I got home and opened tied bag, I get to find an order of large fries I ordered for the familyto split about 1/4- 1/2 full. With 16 pieces of chicken. To top it off the chicken was dark and so dry like it was cookedyesterday and just refried. I ordered 8 biscuits and they weren't there. At this point I'd love to have my money back but theywon't even answer the phone. This is the absolute worst KFC. This was also the first time I've been able to order in about 2years. Different reasons include but not limited to credit card don't work, OUT OF CHICKEN, and not enough staff. I had 3 bad experiences in one week 1st waited in drive through when I finally got to front I would have had to wait 15 min... before they could take another order. So I went to different locations they were out of white meat . Was still cravingsome.original recipe so I went another day same week & ask for a mix of extra crispy & original recipe & they gave me all extracrispy . Will be awhile before I go back. Read more
