This location is the one I usually go to, even though I have one much closer to my house. The reason for that is the much more... respectful staff and the much smaller chance of receiving the wrong food (which happens all the time at other locations nearhere). Although I would say the time from getting in line to getting my food is a bit longer here and there, that's to beexpected in a busier area (and due to my aforementioned reasons, I find it worth it anyway). I had DoorDash deliver a couple of Quarter Pounders and a chocolate shake tonight. I just want to say that everything was up to... McDonald's usual standards. The sandwiches could have been used for publicity shots, they were that perfectly prepared, and thechocolate shake was still nice and thick. I normally order two sandwiches, eat one and save the other for the next day. The oneI ate tonight was great. I used to work at the top-rated McDonalds in the Detroit, MI area, and my Quarter Pounder tonight wasjust as good as the ones we made there. Be proud of your crew and their work. Read more
Love that they have a play place. And its so nice to just sit down, order on the app, then they bring it to your table. Also... free refills if you go up and ask. Definitely a good easy place to eat! Food is consistently good as well. Read more
They frequently get the orders wrong. I?ve had to go back 4 times on one order, they just wouldn?t read the order and prepare... what was ordered. Had another incident tonight, waited curbside for half an hour, finally received?only the drinks! Called toget the rest of my order, they said they?d bring it right out?and it still wasn?t what I ordered! Furthermore, the girl on thephone was talking to her coworkers about me and said ?people be crazy? as if it?s insane to want to receive what has beenordered. Read more
Let me start by saying the staff was amazing! When did McDonald's install automated order takers? My order was wrong and in... talking to the staff, they said that multiple orders are misinterpreted daily. I cannot imagine this would save McDonald's muchmoney if they have to keep remaking orders? There's something to be said for human contact. I will stick with the McDonald'sthat offers human interaction! Read more
First time I used drive thru that didn't have human taking my order and of course it wasn't correct. I didn't feel like arguing... with a machine as the car in front of me took forever trying to get his order correct. We could have went to a sit downrestaurant for what it costs for McDonald's now. For a quick breakfast on the run it was great. We both had the Sausage McMuffin w/egg, hash browns and she had OJ and I had the... Caramel Ice Coffee. Very filling and cooked perfect. Read more
Worse, McDonald's experience ever! We ordered 2 bacon quarter pounder meals and 2 of the new smoky BLT meals but NONE of the... burgers had bacon on it. The quarter pounders were suppose to be double and they weren't. It was bad enough that we had to waitat the third window for an extended period of time, but they could at least have had our food right. Read more
