Only 3 stars due to the fact that the woman taking my order was asked if I could get a chicken breast with my order and she told... me, "Breasts come with all orders". When I got home and removed my food, there was NO breast in my meal, ONLY a wing, thigh anddrumstick!!! Same BS as KFC!!! Order through door dash at 5pm and still haven?t received the food. Atp of my typing it is 8:30pm. Hopefully the food comes... before closing time but not looking so good. Need a better system if your short staffed and can?t make orders stop receivingthem. No reason should I have to deal with five drivers canceling on me because drive through lines are long due to no staff toprepare the food. Finally this location has put someone in charge that cares! For over a year I?ve been coming to this Popeyes and the inside is... never open, the line ridiculously long because you could only order at the window due to the speaker being broken formonthhhhsssss. The inside is now open and the guy in charge was great. We had a nice chat he?s doing good things here! My wife and I went to this location last night at 830pm on 7/25/2022. After my wife went into lobby to order food do to long... line at drive through. After sitting I. Dinning room for over thirty minutes. A hourly employee walks up to refund what as paidand they canceled the whole order. After us waiting all this time. No so called management never came up to apologize or to givereason why. Very unprofessional do they have any customer service training. Should be 0. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! Waited in line for 45 minutes. Ordered a 16 piece family dinner with... potatoes, cajun rice, and red beans & rice. Easy. Spent $42.68. The chicken was burned, there were 14 pieces (because theworkers can't count to 16), no biscuits, a container of plain rice, and a container of red beans (without rice). I meanseriously ... I'm sick of the excuse 'we can't get help'. I know they had biscuits and I know there are timers on those fryers.What a bunch of complete idiots. We're never going back. I know times are tough in the fast food business and the restaurant business as a whole. I guess it's normal now to wait 50+... minutes for fried chicken at this particular franchise. I got in the drive thru at 6:08pm and drove away at 7:02pm. Took 25minutes just to give them my order. 10 minutes after I paid and pulled forward, they came out and said my food had just been putin the fryer. I noticed 1 employee playing on her phone the whole time I sat at the window to pay and get a drink. Theyapologized for how long it took. They said they only had 5 employees working. They did give me a few extra things for waiting,but only after I asked. At least the food was good. I'll probably never go back to that location. Read more
Rude? Food not hot before making it halfway home? They dont know how to make BLACKENED tenders either nor the difference between... spicy and mild? If I ordered online for drive thru pick up why would I be told to come inside for a small order that wasn?t madefresh for me to have to come inside lol??
