This is my new favorite when I'm in the mood for excellent handmade pasta outside of Italy. Unfortunately for those reading my... review, I've gotten the same dish both times that I've visited: paperdelle al sapori. It's that good. Went to Sapore for dinner last evening. We go there whenever we are visiting. Goat cheese salad was very good. I ordered... shrimp fra diavlo which was a big disappointment . The sauce was good but it came with 3 small shrimp. I questioned waitresssince I had ordered this dish before and she said that is all it comes with 3 shrimp. My husband had pesscatore which came witha lot more seafood for just a slight difference in price. I will not return with all the other seafood restaurants in cape May Read more

Service is good Food is great Prices are a bit high We had 2 dinners, 2 desserts and that's it yet somehow spent $100 Our pasta... dish was decent portion size but the chicken dish was small Overall the tasty food keeps us coming back but only once a year orso. Read more
Hidden gem, love this place. I accidently found this place while following a detour. I am so glad i did. Food quality and... portion size was just perfect and its BYOB. Servers are very nice and professional. I will definetly go back. Read more
DO NOT COME ! if you want to enjoy your dinner. Bad service! We were rushed the whole time. It’s our anniversary,with in 10... mins there were 3 waiters and waitress came by trying to get the order. Almost 2 hour with appetizers,dinner and desserts and ustrying to finish our wine.(we bought a bottle) The waitress came to ask us to finish our wines at the bar (looks like the placetheir things that they call “bar”) so they can give the table to other customer. I understand it was 2 whole we sat theirbut can’t they wait for us to finish half glass of wine which We both literally trying to finish it since we notice since wesat their that they wanted us to finish food and leave (that should have done a fast food restaurant instead). We’ve been meaning to come here for awhile, and finally booked a reservation for our anniversary dinner. The service was... incredible & the food was made with super high quality ingredients and lots of care and attention to detail. It was a deliciousmeal - we loved the branzino special dish especially! The service was prompt, and we enjoyed our meal outside with the beautifulambiance of awesome music and lovely gardens. It’s byob so we enjoyed that as well. This is a great Gladstone getaway! Made reservations for 4 at 6pm on a Sat. Arrived on time but we're advised we could not be seated until entire party arrived.... When seated we were asked 5 times if we were ready to order. 3 in our party we're happy with veal and shrimp selection. Linguiniwith white clam sauce was mediocre at best and was something you would expect to be served in a cheap pizzaria. We did not orderdessert and began to get "the rush" with plates, glasses and utensils being rudely removed and finally we were asked to leavesince there was someone waiting for our table.
