I ordered thru drive through and they didnt even put the correct meat on my sub, then to top it off i get home and the meat was... not heated like i asked. Cold sub, so i ask for it to be re made and not even 20 minutes later there outta stuff and refused torefund me for my $10 sub till i told then repeatedly i wanted a refund to go somewhere else cause i didnt want nothing on mysub. I only order a few toppings and they were outta 2 things i wanted complaining there slicer was broke, so how were you gonnaslice more the next day. Read more
Used subway app to pick up order, turns out they closed their lobby and then stopped me from walking in , than ordered me to go... get in line behind 5 cars already waiting to place orders in drive through, at least 10 minutes. I have bean here befor and this is rhe first time that I get a sandwich like this, the sauce is on the edge of the sandwich to... were its all I taste is sauce and nothing else and I even said light mustard and instead they cake it on to were its not just onthe side of the sandwich but it's caked on the paper as well this should not happen when customers ordered a serten way, workersneed to pay more attention to the order that comes in in and type of order they do it in its just mested up that people can'tget a order Wright. I?ve been coming here on my lunch break for over a year. Service is always quick. Sandwich is usually done right most of the... time. Very awkward when the dude in the drive through asks for a tip. Every single time ?it gives you the option to tip? afterthey hand me back my card. Keep in mind they don?t even hand you a pin pad. One time the dude said he would hook me up with adiscount if I tipped. Ended up being the same cost. Will not be coming back. The Clackamas subway is much better. Read more
