Fast food is fast food so you can't expect much. However I at least expect to get what I pay for. The extras you pay for like... sour cream and such are hardly ever added. The same can be said for requests like "no tomato" there is always tomato. Itypically will drive out of my way to avoid this location. Read more

I have gone to this Taco Bell way too many times. I'm done with the rudeness of the staff at this location. Where has customer... service gone?? No one gives you eye contact upon arrival. They are not allowed to give you their name (lol). My order isalways wrong. I have gone through the reviews and it looks like possible family members or employees that they are forcing towrite a review has given this location 4-5 stars. Other than that, no one has been happy with this location or thestaff. Honestly, after seeing all the reviews you would think someone at this location (owner?) would step up to the plate andmake some changes. How they are even still around is amazing. Read more

This location has had problems that Ive noticed for the last 2 years, but has taken a nosedive in the last year especially. Your... order will always have something wrong with it. If youre dining in, they'll insist you order on a kiosk, but won't alert you toa supply issue with your order. We had to flag the lady down for our drinks because they were out of one kind of freeze anddidn't want to deal with making sure we got our order. They have predatory drive through tactics, making someone with a tablettake your order like 2 cars before the menu board and the tablets menu card is at least 20% incorrect or outdated. The roof isleaking and the dining room ceiling tiles are buldging and showing water damage. The customer bathroom had a broken toilethandle so it wouldn't flush. We went through the drive thru today. They had a minor sitting in the rain taking orders in 53 degree weather. The girl sitting... outside said they wouldn't let her in. When I told then that wasn't okay, the manager was really rude. She started slammingthings and giving me an attitude. As I left, I told the girl in the drive thru if she was okay. She said she couldnt feel herhands. She had no umbrella, and was soaked I cannot believe how they threat their employees and how the manager treated me whenI showed then my concern. There was one short Mexican employee at this store, a lady that was very rude and stupid. She literally used her stupidity to... waste my whole time while I wanted to help them picky up food and deliver to their customer. She talked in a very rude mannerand literally ignored me while I was telling her I have a pickup for a customer. She wasn?t able to give me any reasonableanswer and she kept ignoring. I have never seen a very rude and stupid person like this lady at this store. It?s not herbusiness anyway, so she could spoil it for the owner. Senseless human being. Read more

Objectively this is the worst experience I've had at any fast food place. I didn't want to use the order machine (one was... broken) and the other didn't have the menu items posted. So I waited for 3 minutes while one of the gals in the back keptlooking at me until *finally* someone showed up to take my order. Turns out the main thing on the menu was out of stock, so Icouldn't get that. I choose something else, the cashier huffed like *I* was the problem, then took the order and walked away.She didn't even give me my recipiet. I kept waiting for her to come back while a bunch of other people came in behindme. Finally when my food was done they said the number but I had no idea because I wasn't given the recipet. And the bag wasripped. And there was no sauce. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Read more

Can I give a negative review? If so this place deserves it. I went through the drive thru - and confirmed the order 3 times... with the screen items. Pulled up, paid, and was given my bag of food and took off. Got home to find 1 of the 4 items I paidfor in the bag, with no receipt. I called and spoke to someone that said they were the manager and explained I don't have timeto come back so just to double check and to ensure the customer gets a receipt for ask if they don't want it. She told me"customers should ask for a receipt if they want one cause my printer machine wasnt working". I said no that's not correct - youshould inform people it's not working and ask if they need a receipt or not. She said no I needed to have asked for areceipt. Safe to say - never coming here again. A sad pathetic excuse for customer service. I didn't want a refund or my paidfor items - I wanted her to let her team know to double check bags and to give receipts.
