The manager of the store contacted me due to this review and I was in the area and stopped by. She was pleasant and... professional and explained some of the variables at play here and a little inside into the Little Ceasars practices. Sheapologized, indicated that I can always call in an order with special requests... SADLY, she did tell me that the Old WorldPepperoni Pizza promo ended... hopefully LC will make it a regular item. And she made me a new pizza that was fantastic. Thank you. I've ordered the Old World Pepperoni pizza before and love that there's little to no crust edge and the pizza wascovered in OW pepperoni. Now that pizza is available to do a custom order and add other items. I ordered an OW pizza withMushrooms and half with regular pepperoni. I expected the pizza I ordered to be made like the others I ordered but with theadditional items. IT WAS NOT. THERE WAS A 1" OR LARGER CRUST ON THE OUTER EDGE AND IT HARDLY HAD ANY OW PEPPERONI ON IT. NOTONLY WAS IT NOT MADE WELL IT WASN'T EVEN DONE. THERE WERE A COUPLE SPOTS WHERE THE CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED. I BROUGHT ITHOME AND HAD TO BAKE IT MORE. I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH LITTLE CEASARS IN THE PAST. NOT THIS TIME.. Pizza is usually decent. They sometimes have a hard time with special requests. Polite and courteous staff.
Pizza is always great , people are friendly as can be !! Crazy bread is always doughy as all get out.. wish that could change.... Other than that nice place. Read more
Whated in line after the person in front of me had their pizza for a good 5 10 min in the drive threw
I've been in there 3 times in the last couple months. First time was great. Second time, I walked in and a gal was sweeping... lobby and said hello but kept sweeping. I stood there waiting and when she was done, she just went in the back. She never said"someone will be with you in a minute or anything" A guy comes out from back and the drive through bell rings and he takes careof them but I was left standing there. I finally just walked out after the girl passed by again without saying anything to me. Never have regular hot and ready, ready. You always have to get the more expensive one or wait. Then the dough is rarely cooked,... it usually pretty raw in the center. And today I had to get the extra most best since they didn't have any regular ones ready,but they gave me someone's order. So now they have 2 unhappy customers. They just keep getting worse everytime I visit, so Iwon't visit anymore. Plus its a shame they're pricing is already $2 more than elsewhere in Michigan, franchise or not, its anational ad campaign, all should follow the same pricing, that would make it false advertising on television and consumers winthose cases every time. I will never purchase anything from this franchise ever again. The Crazy Bread we purchased was raw. Our three children ate some... before my ex husband noticed it was raw when he bit into the bread. When he called the manager to complain she was unapologeticand rude. Ron was so unimpressed with her he actually called corporate to complain about how rude she was to both of us. Wespent so much money at that facility over the years. But we both refuse to ever go back. The manager also yelled in my face whenI went to get a refund for Ron. This location never has hot and readys available only more expensive pizza. The workers are rude when i didnt get handed my... cheese i said i need a cheese as well and i got a response chill out dam like all i was saying was i needed a cheese sauce dam.My pizza was way unded cooked the slice just fell over and all toppins slide off due to how under cooked my pizza was. My breadsticks was doughy. Im just confused how no matter what time i go threw they have a excuse why they dont have hot n readys theyonly keep 1 up they said but yet have specialty pizzas available so if i dont want to wait i have 2 spend more money Read more
